If I was to make one I would use pallets (or even boxes if you wanted) in a canal that makes the top of the object even with the ground. Then you have it go into a wall in both the front and back of it. Have a grav lift inside that wall area pushing the objects along, then either make it circular so that it goes back to the beginning or destroy the object somehow. ....B ....B......I.....................I X B B B B B B B B B B B (way to destroy) so the "I" are the walls. The X is a grav lift. The Bs are boxes (the dots are just spacers for my text) The boxes respawn in the vertical column and then fall into the grav lift and push the ones infront of them. Then at the end, either cycle them back to the begining, or destroy them so that they respawn. If you still need help join H3 Artificer (click) and you can ask our memebers or get more help on it or any other switch or gadget you need help with
you cant destroy the crates though (sadly), maybe you could have a very slow moving conveyor belt, but make it move other things.
Then they'd delete. Or just stay there for a really long time. Either way, that's not being destroyed.
Yep, but Coyote(boy, lol... stupid origional names) is right. The only diference I would say is to use pallets, not crates. That way they can despawn...
Yea, I used Coyote1023 on the old FH bc they had the nickname feature and I haven't gotten a mod to change it for me yet ): They only problem with pallets is that you can destroy them when they are outside on the actual track, instead of destroying the crate, just link them back to the beginning of the line...
All of this conveyor belt talk has arose since Pallet Parade, yet it only takes 30 seconds in forge to find out how it works. Its merely a mix of item spawn manipulation and grav lift area effect.
apparently it takes forever to figure out the spawn time, it's somewhere between 10 and 40 seconds. and apparently i am making the "sequel" to PP according to cosmic, so when i figure out spawn times, i shall tell you, but it aint insta respawn.
A simple idea if you want to use crates. The best way I can describe it is a Chainsaw!!! (or bicycle chain) A loop that goes around and comes back below your levels floor.
Yeah, but how do you get it to move fluidly with a minimum amount of grav lifts and mancannons? They sound annoying, you know. I'd call it more of an escalator idea.
