Choucho Sings peaks my interest. The animation resembles that of Durarara and I love anime that revolve around NEETs.

Uh, here are some OP's then. I recommend all these.

The OP for Bakemonogatari doesn't do the series justice, but it's a great anime for anyone. Toradora's more romantic and Welcome to the NHK! is psycological, yet funny as hell.

the name of that anime is actually Kamisama no Memochou (Heaven's Memopad in English). Not Choucho sings. I would have liked to link the OP to nisemonogatari, but there are too many for it to pick from.

It may need to be said that I like ALL of the OP's for Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari.

Thanks, I was about to ask that since I couldn't find it.

As for the OP's, I liked them all except for Sengoku's. I wasn't a big fan of Hanezawa's either.

EDIT: Watched the first episode of Memochou and found it to be very enjoyable. I'll have to give Nisemonogatari and Occult Academy a break for the time being.

Please tell me you've watched the final fantasy movies? They're some of the best anime I've seen. 3D CG ftw!

I may very well be alone in prefering Spirits within to the angsty albino kids wandering around for "mother"

Still looking for a series to watch. Preferably of the Mystery or Suspense genre's.

Damnit all. I've seen all three of those. I knew it would be hard to get suggestions from other people. Hopefully you guys know of something I don't.

And talking about Blood+, I really liked that one but really hated Blood-C. It was just too much different from everything I liked about Blood+.

I'm just getting a little sick of this moe crap that lacks good plot I suppose. I have to watch a few actually good series' before I can go back to that... stuff.

hmm, have you seen The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya? It has an exceptional plot, but it may be a little hard to understand if you haven't seen the series. I would consider a mystery, as well.

Another I can think of right now is Monster. I've only seen a couple episode of this though because I didn't like it. Not that it's a bad anime, but it's just not my style; there is too much bloody, craziness going on. I honestly wouldn't recommend it because of that, but our preferences differ.

EDIT: I actually haven't finished Blood Plus. It's also not my style of anime, which is probably what's leading me not to finish it.

Also, lol at Mezzo Forte uncut Aschur.

Here's another list for you all. Anime for people who think anime is for kids:
    1. Ano Hi Mita Hana
    2. Natsume’s Book of Friends
    3. Usagi Drop
    4. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
    5. Clannad After Story
    6. Chihayafuru
    7. Puella Magi Madoka Magica
    8. Toradora!
    9. Hanasaku Iroha
    10. Bakemonogatari
    11. Neon Genesis Evangelion
    12. The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
    13. Steins;Gate
    14. Mawaru Penguindrum
    15. Angel Beats!
    16. Cowboy Bebop
    17. Ghost in the Shell
    18. Fullmetal Alchemist
    19. Mushishi
    20. Grave of the Fireflies
    21. Black Lagoon
    22. The Tatami Galaxy
    23. Mononoke
    24. Fate/Zero
    25. Crayon Shin-chan: The Adult Empire Strikes Back

School Days and Yosuga No Sora. That is all.

but this list also sucks for the most part.

****ing Bleach is on break again this week. Damn Kubo Tite. Finally in the last story arc, the series is so close to ending. I just want to see it and Naruto through to the end.

Yosuga no Sora. As soon as I found out what it was really about, I immediately became uninterested. Don't know how it is this popular.

It really isn't popular. I was actually suprised that somebody here had even seen it. Ignoring the sex scenes, the anime wasn't horrible.

The problem was that there was no real development, which is a big part of romance. Since the timelines only spanned over about three episodes there wasn't any room for it. The art was absolutely amazing though and the music was nice even though it got a bit repetetive over time. The plot wasn't good, but touched on a subject that you don't normally see.

Overall it wasn't that bad, but I still wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
