Uh... "unprofessional actors" sometimes give the greatest performances ever. That being said, the filmmakers usually handpick said people, instead of just cutting a wide swath with a group, so it'll probably suck.

Act of Valor mostly follows a multi-phase operation, not a typical movie plot. As far as a movie goes, it is good in that it hits home for anyone with a shred of respect for active service members.
