This is my lastest project , a 2v2/1v1 map . I need a name ..... If you want to test it my GT is Frenchys .
Did you block off that tunnel in the first pic? That area needs more structure. I would go with Ripple as the map name (Unless you can come up with something better). Crystal Meth is...uh...unorthodox. I'll see if I can come up with a name to help ya out. Like I told you before, this looks very nice. Hit me up for some games, soon.
I though we agreed with the name Cocaine? JK, I haven't even seen this map yet. It looks great by the pics. I see you take interest in random covenant objects alot. But aesthetically, you incorporate them pretty well
how are you supposed to get up to that AC in the second picture, and in the first pic that area looks a bit open, other than that i think the map looks great
I still say AC and custom are too close. You could get AC then jump down to Custom, which is really unfair.
For adding structure ..... My budget is at 0 .... maybe you could join my game and play with the pieces . Thanks everyone for comments
I remember back when testing the amount of framerate there was during gameplay. the map is creative, gameflow was good, really orginal, but the framerate is horrid. Me and two other people were saying so, I am not sure what you can reduce on but try to work on the framerate. I know crystal meth is a little over the top, but thats what your known for . I hope to see a non-framerate lagg version of this soon, it'll be fantastic.
When did you post this comment ? Mmmmm..... Dou you realize that we just fix the framerate ? Do you realize that the gameplay is better ? You need to play another game on it !
I already sent you a message concerning this, but... The tac jump near the rocks is hardly used as a jet pack is much easier and that is what most everbody used in the game I played. You could either make it easier and faster to jump up there or build another tac jump somewhere else.
I wouldn't know much for game play because when I played this the teams where unbalanced and such. About the map, I love the green feel of it, not much I can say cause I wasn't on it long. It's unique how you like sentences for your maps but ripple sounds better than "story of a ripple called john "
This map looks very roomy for a 2v2 map. I like the style just a little worried if the courtyard(s) would be ignored since they look rather open. Frenchy's, you gotta add me so we could share some ideas because you're greatly improving.
You improved on this map. Like: natural sand and water used, arena style map, skybox in the ceiling, all the weapon placement. Dislike: 2x2 flats are ugly to me. ( not a map flaw, just opinion) and yeah, what does custom do?
You should combine the names and called it "Crystal Ripple" because it rhymes with "Krystal's Nipple"!! As for the map itself, I'm digging the whole theme throughout... it looks really nice and I'm quite keen to see this in the flesh. [sub](LOL cwotididthar?)[/sub]
