noonononono, we should be called Sky'dways! Or Team We Love Elmo [br][/br]Edited by merge: Thread Bump. Also, pino, did you take a look at the gameplay I got?
QFT. I'll probably get into it again during Christmas break, assuming I don't get sidetracked from gifts and family.
same. 2 more weeks left with classes. i've been refusing to get any new games because i still want to finish the ones ive got (this)
Buy it! it is an extremely fun game! all the way from going 200+ Mph to Jeremy Clarksons amazing reviews of cars in the auto vista. the kinect option is not the greatest but the head tracking feature is a nice touch, but can be improved. again, i highly reccomend this game!
I was really impressed with the head tracking feature, it was a nice touch. I also thought Forza is the perfect example of how a game can cater to both the hardcore audience and the casual as well. Driving with the kinect sensor is good sloppy fun for friends and family and blows away graphics and features from other Kinect games. The core audience still gets their great game, with some bonuses if you happen to have the kinect sensor. It's a win/win situation.
Not as full of win as this video. Forza 4: LAMBO DUBSTEP - YouTube [br][/br]Edited by merge: Forza 4: NISSAN DUBSTEP | R35 GOODNESS! - YouTube
When will that guy post proper drifting vids with RWD cars? AWD drifting may look much cooler, no disrespect to the guy, I love his vids (especially the editing) but he needs to branch out and try some RWD stuff. I can do all those spins and stuff in an RWD car, it's just harder and doesn't look as cool. BTW, just beaten some of your scores in the drifting rivals mode. In a pink 370Z. Spoiler Has anyone been downloading the car packs they've been releasing?
I hate you.. Recently I've been racing against my friend in ridiculous challenges we set for ourselves (Stupidest car ever, best European Hatchback, Best American Muscle, etc.) When it's uploaded, I'm going to post a lap around "Road America" in my '79 Camaro Z28.
I should get this game. I seriously don't know why I haven't yet, I love racing games and this looks like the pinnacle of current gen racing games. Haven't played any of the other Forza games, though, but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt me to jump straight into this one. Not like I'm missing out on any backstory by skipping the past three games.
Nice vid. BUT... You don't seem to be following the racing line. You're turning in to the corner from the wrong place. Your car is in the wrong place when you turn in. You should try to start on the outside of the corner and turn in towards the middle of the corner and then let the car move away from the corner to the outside again. I don't know if that's your driving style or whatever, but if you wanna improve lap times, try turning the racing line on and following it around to see where the fastest lines are around the track. It isn't always fully accurate but it's usually a good baseline for you to follow. I'm not being mean, it's just an odd way to drive.
He is following the racing line, albeit vaguely. It's usually quite hard to do micro-adjustments when your in first-person anyway.
I had the racing line on, but then I turned it off because I didn't like the look of it That video was mostly just to show off the sound of the car, because my friend didn't believe me. I know you're supposed to take a wide line and clip the apex, but the fact that I wasn't actually trying to win a race, and the fact that I couldn't see anything means that I kind of went with the only way I could get around.
