I need help on a forge racetrack, I made everything I need but two things. One, I want this small part to be constantly rained down on with golf balls and them to keep spawning and i don't know how to fix it. Two, at the end I want a point to be given while teleporting them back to the start to do it again. If somebody can tell me how to do it i will be very happy :) thanks

The golf ball thingy is difficult to do :\ Owing to the fact that the limit is 10 (I think) on the map at once, so the downpour you want could be difficult. I did consider doing this on one of my maps, but I ended up using a small banshee shredder instead :)

As for the teleporter, I would simply put a zone just before the teleporter, or right at the start.

For the teleporter, that's quite easy -- use teleporters! Just remember to make sure both ends are set to accept vehicles; highlight/grab the object, hit X, move down to "Land Vehicles" (there's also players, heavy, and flying vehicles), set to true. There's some minor issues with how the teleporters are facing, but that's easy to fix; the raised end on senders and two-ways is the "back", drive in facing the raised end and out facing away from it. Receivers lack this raised bit, but initially spawn facing the same direction as the others.... I think. Tinker as required to make it work.

A rain of golfballs is a different story, as it's usually accomplished using the "Halo-Ball" gametype; they despawn upon hitting a kill zone, and respawn quickly/instantly to fall again. Using this is relatively feasible in a (very) short obstacle course, even if the scoring mechanisms require splitting, but not for full race-tracks. Using golf-balls as an object probably isn't an option, because getting them to respawn quickly requires that they be set as objectives and fall into a kill zone (hard or soft); I haven't played around with the race gametype, and I'm not sure that's possible to do on it (not to mention there's a cap of ten of them at once on the map without the halo-ball gametype).

You're probably going to want another source of falling debris, and that means a "shredder"; it's a setup where vehicles constantly respawn inside (or above) a kill ball and the bits and pieces fall down onto the map. Banshees tend to get the best results, as they'll literally respawn instantly (provided runtime max & min are both set to 8, and you'll have to place 8 of them on the map). Explosives can also work, but have considerably more "oomph" and lethality than mere debris.
