Yeah they're forming OutPlayedYou (that name won't come back to haunt them). Boss Nasti isn't in the squad, though. Don't know exactly what his role is. It's Naded and some other guys that aren't really good. They'll probably fail miserably. If they win the first tourney the butthurt will be glorious, though.
I'm so glad I don't follow MLG or pro Halo. I mean, I spend 6-8 hours a week minimum playing and making maps, but some of those guys are so lame they embarrass ME.
Anyone that considers themselves a "pro gamer" is an embarrassment to the community. And anyone that lives in a "pro gamer" house is an embarrassment to society.
I'd call myself *****-head Poopybutt if it meant there was a check for $100,000 coming to me. In fact, I'd do it for $100 and some KFC. Who lives near me and has a hundred bucks? Let's make this happen.
lmao Best response ever. And I'd pretty much call myself anything for a $100,000 check. And what's this talk about a "Gaming House"? ahahahaha
Urm... Right... The **** is a "Pro gamer house"? A house of people that settle down around the fire each night to watch some MLG? ****ing lol.
You shouldnt compare people to others, each person has their own playstyle, and doing one thing isnt necessarily better than another.
The whole pro circuit thing is a little unorganized and many great players I meet online are well entitled that, if anyone should be entitled at all... Now I'm not a montage kid or anything and might not deserve a say in this, but people can only be So good in gaming when it comes to reach. There int really FULL control in the character and theres a limit in how well someone can play. And gaming was never made to set up a professional league over it. Though its entertaining to some, some take it too seriously. Popularity in players all comes down to the people they know, (montage editors for example) and how much software they can afford to pull that kind of stuff off. Then they're recognized, then start playing 24/7 to improve, and nxt thing u know, they're overated. But people please stay on topic, the point of this thread is to share gameplay and seek advise. Last thing I want is some F-hub Ass kisser reporting this thread to be locked.
Nope: Anyway, fun as it is to troll, his gameplay isn't that terrible. It's probably above average... depressing as that is. (Sorry, couldn't help myself.)
Yeah I just read the title and clicked play. lol Oh and no, I'm not trolling. I think he does suck at REACH, not like an insult or anything, he just isn't good. Kinda like how I suck at baking.
... What does Montage Kid even mean? (I perfectly understand the meaning), but why say Kid? "Hurr durr, everyone who makes montages are immature"? And the whole "MULGE is so stupid, bcuz everyone is overrated". Of course some people who don't play Pro, and I'll use that term because that's what it is, are better than Pro players. That doesn't change anything. It's not some elitist organisation you can only get into through certain contacts or something. How is there not full control in the character? And on top of that, sir, there's no limit to how well someone can play. You measure someone's skill by watching how they play against someone else. That other person has the exact same amount of control over his/her character, so your point is null. Sure, some games weren't, but lots of games in the modern day aren't. I'm sure the origins of every sport ever was only set up to pass the time. But then they slowly evolved into professional play. The same happened with online gaming. What does that even mean? If you're good, there's all kinds of ways you can get yourself out there if you try hard enough. And you don't need super expensive software to make a montage. I've seen quite a few badass montages made using Windows Movie Maker and downloaded clips off Bungie.net. No. If you're playing 24/7 to improve, then you're getting better, not over-rated. You clearly don't know the meaning of the phrase over-rated. And the whole "Professional Gaming is the stupidest thing ever", "Calling it professional gaming is stupid hurr durr". Again, you probably need to learn the term professional. If you're entering Tournaments, and winning money, then you're getting paid. Therefore you're professional. And most, but not all, Pro Gamers are a hell of a lot above average in their skill level. Not all of them are tryhard elitists like they're made out to be. Bear in mind, this is coming from someone who ****ing sucks at Halo, I just don't get pissed when I realize that people are better than I am.
He has a 1.3 k/d - by definition he's above average. Again, depressing as that may be. ZING! [br][/br]Edited by merge: Don't know if you've noticed this, but on XBL everybody under the age of 21 calls everybody else "kid." Usually in the context of trash talk, but also just for general purposes. It's pretty funny to me since I'm twice as old as most of them. Some guy messaged me the other day saying the usual ("You're terrible kid, ha ha hahahaha") after a DNF-tastrophe doomed me and my remaining teammate to a beatdown, and I had to laugh. All I messaged back was "Derp!"
