That is kinda lame isn't it? why bother using the signs at all if the only worthwhile way to get stuff is to get it yourself? Nothing wrong with that mind, but it makes even having the plugin that runs those signs pointless.
Unless your shop buys things at high prices and sells other things super cheap, it's far more time and cost effective to just go and get the thing you want yourself. Making even having the signs in the first place pointless. Two plug-ins you can just do away with making things easier on you.
It's not meant to be a substitute for actually going and obtaining items regularly, just something to do with the drops. Not to mention I have the nether disabled. Also, I have the drops from nether-monsters edited into overworld-monsters. They're just dropped at a lower frequency. Like I said, its a fun addition, its not meant to replace the old way of doing things.
My random opinion: I hate buying anything that has 0 resell value in any game. Selling mob drops for resources you either have to destroy or use makes it feel to "strict" in a way. I would suggest making mob drops valuable(buy and sell price high) and resources have a very small value meaning it will still keep the PVE looting atmosphere(the bigger the price difference the more people will want to hunt mobs) but you wont feel like your signing a 12 year resource contract every time you want to buy anything. (I dunno how you modded it but people have made mob traps to get exp which requires "the player" to kill them for exp so if it's going off the same code then mob traps might still be possible, Just thought might help if hadn't thought of that)
In the Single Player world I've been using, my nether portal transports me almost on top of a nether dungeon. In it is a Blaze spawner and I made a trap that brings them within one sword swing of death and where they can't attack me, thus I get the experience without chewing through swords and armor.

They're not too far from spawn. When you land in the Nether, look around, it's not too hard to find the first Nether dungeon. I've found three in that seed alone. I've also found two villages and one fortress on the same seed.
I feel so stupid. I went to the Nether, grabbed some Netherrack to put around my house for defense/coolness, and I should have separated that and my WOODEN house by a block or two. My entire house burnt down. It's not done burning yet because I saved and quit. Does it burn down my chests and portal too? I had 22 ****ing diamonds and a ton more Iron, gold, and redstone.
I think it'll burn the chest, but the items will just poop onto the ground. Portals are made of stone. Stones do not burn.
Ah thank god. How do you check coordinates if you play on a laptop? The "F#" keys are already used for stuff.
Did you not make a bed? Or was it destroyed? If the former, why did you not make a bed? Regardless, I do not play on a laptop.
usually laptops have a "Fn" key to use the function keys without using say, the turn on/off wireless signal bound to the same button like my laptop. A little annoying, but you can use them at least.
Hang on, did you build your house in the nether? Cause I would not have thought Netherack still spontaneously caught fire in the normal world. And if you did build in the nether, Why in gods name would you use netherrack for protection?
..uh, I'm pretty sure he grabbed Netherrack and brought it to the normal world and lit it on fire for protection from mobs. He must of forgot about spreading fire..
it spreads upward in an upside down cone shape, so things higher up actually dont have to be as close. it'll go up like 8 blocks or something a bit unexpected. another protip: wood slabs dont burn
My plan exactly. Right. I didn't have the stuff, I lost it when I died one time and forgot to build one, why? Don't have one, maybe I can set/find a way to use them while pressing Ctrl & Alt or something.
Is it just me or is water skrewing me over by making perfect walls and stuff like that. How does this work? I'm not trolling btw.
