They can also out-regen your pitiful damage for several levels, so I'm not sure what you actually consider difficult at this point.
I've been putting off opening Skyrim since Christmas, so that I can get some time in on other games I just got. I'm gonna start playing it next weekend, tips for starting off good in the game?
• Don't hit animals in a town, it will piss people off as if you slapped their child or something. • Don't kill townsfolk if they get angry, just run and wait for them to stop hating you. Otherwise you can fail some quests and not know where to go after that.
Skyrim Character Builds - YouTube This guy (TrendKiLLv01) gives you good tips for certain types of characters. My personal tips are #1) Go with the Stormcloak guy at the beginning when going into Helgen Keep if you want heavy armor, otherwise you wont get better for a while. #2) If you are a sneaky character, choose Faendal in Riverwood when confronted with helping either of them. Choose Sven if you are a Warrior. With a mage its your call. #3) Ask "heard any rumors" at every opportunity for miscellaneous quests, in Solitude and Whiterun it can lead to a Daedric quest.
I'm getting a VERY annoying bug. I go to the Night Mother. She tells me where my contract is and I talk to the contract. Kill the target. And when I got back to the Night Mother she gives me the same contract quest. So far I have had to do four contracts two times a piece. The targets just respawn as soon as I talk to Night Mother again.
If it's the "Something Something Forever" quest it's a repeatable quest purely for extra money, and they spawn one of the few preset characters just for the quest.(I got sick of doing it and Google'd it)
Nonono. The Night Mother is giving me the same exact contract TWICE. Same location, same person, same target location, and same target.
yeah, big whoop. Happens to me so many times I can't even keep track anymore. Same as the thieves guild infinite quests. Not really surprising tbh.
great money to be made by doing them though, that cannot be argued. Especially the dark brotherhood ones, 1000 gold for an easy kill.
By far the funniest thing said on this thread. Literal lol. I've never really had any issues with Frost Trolls either. I was a level 11 by the the time I ever dealt with one and by then my Destruction Spells were so adept, Fire Bolt made short work of them. By the time I reached Labyrinthia, Frost Trolls were a joke when faced by my fiery balls ;] The sure did **** Lydia up though On another note, I seem to be having issues with Wispmothers. The one in Labyrinthia I merely got lucky, but there's one down in Darkreach that just kicks my ass...
Wispmothers are my lovers. They create nice little wisps for me to use for target practice. Spoiler Even the "special" one in the quest for the pale blade was excruciatingly easy. Though, I may just have caught her off guard since I was sneaking and killed her in two shots... So, I did come to the conclusion that sneaking ruins the epicness of any dragon priest fight. When you can kill one in somewhere between 3-5 hits with a bow while sneaking, it just removes any sense of accomplishment you would receive from beating one of them.
Actually, I will have you know that was the first one I fought and I was under level 20 (all of this is rough guesses, I honestly don't remember how many shots it was or what level, but I wasn't very high and it surprised the **** out of me.)
You used too many words to just say "Sarge, you are right, and always will be. Forgive me for my malfeasance."
