I wanted to use the unique forge pieces given on this map to make something unique. It was extremely difficult to forge on this map as the area you can actually forge in is quite small and restrictive. This came out to be a 2v2 team slayer map. Unfortunately the limited space did not allow for use of elevation and jet packs are useless but I've created a lot of interesting angles so cover and strategy are not sacrificed.

Here are the pics, I could not provide an actual overview as I can't move the camera high enough but here is a quickie photoshop overvew, and the pictures show the majority of the map as the red and blue sides are identical.

Is there really a lot of building space in High Noon? I really love the lighting that this map has to offer.

not really it was very hard to get this map to fit.. the lightning is awesome :) however the lighting is not, getting the lighting as consistent as it is in this map as far as the coloring it applies to the pieces was a real labor too.

... Alright fine this is pretty sexy.
I was prepared to be unimpressed, but it's obvious from the simplistic and tiny layout that High Noon really doesn't want anyone to forge on it (Screw you too, Bungie >_>, for real, just a little more space overhead wouldn't hurt...). Though whether I'm intrigued from your forging or just the sexy forerunner pieces being used throughout, I'm unsure. But. It's pretty gorgeous and I'll admit it. I like the use of the window, it adds some much needed color to the map. Also, one of the braces near the window is colored orange as opposed to yellow (just letting you know xD).
Overall, quite sexy. I'd consider using a different power weapon though, rockets in such a baby shmall map would just be rape.

Hello, it is great to see some forging done on the new maps. High noon has an interesting forge pallet and I am sure there is potential for some interesting new maps. It is a refreshing change to see new structure.
To me this map seems far to simple open and linear, some variations in height and cover or an extra room or two may help.

I agree with Timmy Panic, you should add some height variation and more cover in the map. I feel like any gametype with DMR starts would destroy map movement, and AR starts would simply result in rushing the central point and hoping to get a kill.

    My $0.02:
-Remove the ceiling you have, making it more open and involved with the scenery...you wanted to use the total Hang em High feeling, right?
-Add some height variation. Whether this involves using parts of bigger pieces (I like what you did with those pitchforks in the middle), or just ramps and bridges (and tombstones, of course), the maps would play better with at least two or 3 areas with higher platforms (like on the outsides of the map).
-Improve the overall weapon setup, etc.
-OR relocate the map to include parts of the existing terrain (like either of the bases). I'm not sure how hard it would be to replicate the blue side with forge pieces.

I don't want to intrude too much on your ideas, but any or all of these options are things I would do.

Actual White I have a version where you can build on the larger portion on top of the map he could of used that and anyone who wants it I can give it to you.

P.S. White we thought you had died no one has talked to you in the longest time.

Thanks guys, unfortunately I can't add elevation to the map because that's as high as it will allow me to build. Also the budget is maxed :\ What do you guys recommend swapping out for the rocket launcher? I agree it's overpowered... maybe a grenade launcher? Oh and btw, the coloring is as consistent as I can get it.. it's very difficult to get all the pieces to appear the same color... damn lighting issues...
