Thanks! I love Loti (lotuses, whatever the plural is) and I don't have any red's or blacks in my garage so I went with both since you can make your own Pearlescent paint jobs. I'm really satisfied with how it turned out. I uploaded it when I finally got the tuning right on it, it took me a solid four hours over two days to get it where I am satisfied with it for the most part.

for some reason the audio didn't work on mine.

this video is at half speed because i'm going way too fast for you to see it otherwise.

    long story short:

X class Super Speedway **** is ****ing nuts, the AI doesnt know what to do with itself and crashes all over the place the entire race. I've yet to finish the final one because they keep causing giant pileups every lap.

in this part, i didnt even know that car was there im just trying to catch up to first place when suddenly i was like WHOA did i just pass a car sitting perfectly on its side??!

try it, lols shall be had

Done this, had same result, lols were had all day. It only seems to happen on the Sebring Speedway, on all the others such as Motegi and Indy they're fine and you get raped along the straights at Indy by the Bentley and Aston.

That's friggin hilarious. If I could do that on command with my car I would actually play online just to hear people's reactions.lol.

    -edit:

I posted two more cars to the club garage. The Peugeot handles like a dream and it looks super awesome (seriously, check it out. I'm uber proud of that paint job) and the Dodge has a semi-drift tune on it now, it handles okay once you get used to it. In the straight away it'll fly. I used it in an all truck race and had a blast in it.

Had fun with titty online we need to organise a proper forza game night when we're all available

The scooby you've tuned is fairly good and it was best on the higher speed turns, but i think you need to tune it a bit more for the lower speed turns as it is very prone to spinning out in the lower gears so id suggest tuning the gearing a bit more so you're in a higher gear when youre in these turns so the car can grip a bit more.

P.S i dont like the rear wing on the car but thats just personal taste

Yeah, I didn't like it either, but it was necessary because the back end just decided it wanted to slide everywhere since its a front engine, FWD car so I needed back end downforce to keep it down. Also, with the spoiler, it makes it not look like an Audi.lol. Yeah, I've noticed I need to re-adjust the gearing and ratios. The jump from 2nd to 3rd is too big and you lose a lot of power if you shift up in corners. I can pull the ratios of 3rd through 5th down because I never hit 5th anyway.

What'd you think of the Dodge? It's not tuned very well. I spent more time painting it than tuning it.lol. I think I'm going to make it into a drag racer later tonight.

Lol, I was talking 'bout titty's Scooby, I haven't seen or tried yours.

I'll give ur Dodge a try sometime later.

I'm glad to see they've fixed the club garage glitch.

uhhhh maybe they didnt fix it? cuz my subie has no wing...

and yea i tuned it based on that tuning database on the forza forum,
i dont actually have any clue about how to tune for drifting....
you really gotta feather it and go halfway through the slower corners to
keep from spinning out, its pretty tough

It's got the tiny little one at the top of the rear window, along the roofline.

Tuning is pretty easy if you read the tuning setup hints in the tuning menu screen, it tells you what happens when you change each adjustment. Just look for keywords and phrases like "oversteer", "understeer" and "transitional oversteer" and adjust accorsingly, reducing understeer and increasing oversteer. Don't go too far with the adjustments, go under what you think you'll need and slowly increase/decrease the settings until you find the car handles how you want it too. With the brakes, again you'll need the Race brakes installed, and I find that putting more pressure on the front brakes helps the rear wheels too loose traction much quicker as the nose of the car is dipping down. Again you'll need to install the Race transmission to help you sort out the hardest problem: the gears. These require the most fine-tuning as you want to be in a high enough gear to keep your speed up and not go too high so you're bouncing of the rev limiter all the time. I find going towards acceleration is much easier as the car is in third gear from about 50mph to 80mph, giving me a wide enough range for most corners, and the 2nd and 4th gears give me that bit extra on the tighter/longer corners respectively.

With AWD cars, you'll need to have the Race Differential installed so you can change the amount of power going to the front and rear axles and of course you'll want to slowly wind it rear-ward until you find it comfortable for you to drift with. Personally my GT-R has about 80% of the power going to the rear wheels.

Now I've dumped all my basic wisdom onto you, feel free to either follow or ignore it, it's all come from experience and messing around.

1971 Nissan Skyline; best drag car you can buy.
If you do it properly you can do the mile in 21.64s

yea i get all that stuff sky, but applying it is another story sometimes.

its weird, a lot of the drift tunes i see on the forza forum use stock gear ratios and work pretty well!

I only really do it if the car has a **** gearing ratio thats waaaaaaaaaay too close to the "speed" end and keeps hitting the limiter when im drifiting, cos i find that makes me spin out more often and I hate the sound of it bouncing, especially on some of the higher-sounding exhausts, it sounds like a broken machine gun. :/

Real men use RWD Rally cars to drift, you can accelerate sideways.

does anyone just hate it that the Norschleiffe is only available as those traffic sprint races (which are fun) and not a full track. I loved that track. I hate the Nurburg circuit. Nordschlieffe for Lieffe
