They won't be much greater than Oblivions, because the only thing that has drastically improved is the games compression performance, so there is a lot more detail for not so much requirement. And there will be just as many mods that increase quality (and pc strain) as mods that increase performance, so i think anybody with a mid-range card or above can play it with graphics superior to the console.
i didnt think bethesda could do better than captian picard in oblivion. but then they got liam neeson for fallout. I definitely didnt think they could get anyone better than him for skyrim. but looks like ive been proved wrong once again

Ever noticed how Christopher Plummer and Max von Sydow have very similar voices? I actually thought, when I saw the first Skyrim trailer many months ago, that the narrator in that was Max von Sydow, turns out I was wrong. Chris still has a kick-ass voice for a viking type character, though, lets hope it doesn't turn out hokey and forced, since it's his first videogame VO work. Getting pretty charged for this game, every time I hear the theme song it gives me chills. At about 3:14 when Mark Lampert was talking about getting chills when the chorus reaches it's crescendo, a gust of cold wind came in the open door next to me and gave me a massive chill up my spine. Freaky stuff. Also, Mark Lampert = bawss. That man is a legend.
Just paid off the last 15 quid on the pre order. So happy that I can just walk in on Friday after school, pick it up and play the living **** out of it this weekend. I am so freaking hyped, it's insane. Also, Todd Howard lied! AGAIN! Spoiler THERE ARE WEREWOLVES! I wonder if we get to go all morrowind and become one...
That goes for the both of us... picking up the game at midnight and doing a gaming marathon, sleeping for 8 hours, and doing another gaming marathon.
