The only thing I really like texture packs for is glowstone. I really hate the standard glowstone texture.
Meh. Its all personal preference. I personally have no problem with sooper high-res packs, but cannot stand LB Photo Realism. I personally like 64x64 and 32x32 packs.
Hah, everyone's jumping the boat, huh? I play very occasionally, and since I dont wanna have to downgrade every time i get to a new comp (on campus), i play on their server since it's 1.8.1.
I play on a laptop with an integrated graphics card and I never had to use tiny render distance or anything like that.
Me either. I've always had it on far. I choose to have the setting on FAST rather than FANCY though. I hate the semi-transparent leaves. They look icky.
So does anyone know when notch releases 1.9 (so mb will update)? I'm getting bored playing single player
Its not going to be released. 1.9 is only going to be the pre releases. Up until Minecon (when the full game releases), 1.9 will be released in pre releases.
Yeah, I thought they were releasing 1.9 a couple days before MineCon and then release the full game on the 18th?
