That's the only reason I play battlefield ever. It's a social activity for me and my friends so we do stuff like load up a chopper with C4 and as many people as possible then crash it into the objective and run. Is it possible to stick C4 on a jet in BF3? I haven't gotten it yet.
Man I really want to get good at the jet. I get raped anytime I try to dogfight and the only kills I've gotten are tanks that are spotted by my teammates. I just unlocked the flares so those should make my flights longer so hopefully I'll get better
I just played it today at school. I had so much fun laughing at this game. ...Not to say it isn't good. Just all the funny moments: Spoiler 1) Strictly knife warfare in the secondish level where you have to take out the RPGs in the building. 2) Same level, Jumping up and down in the open. "This sniper sucks" *headshot* 3) Trying to suicide off the building and hitting a wall 4) I threw a grenade off the roof, and immediately a guy behind me yelled "OH **** A GRENADE" 5) Sniper Assault Rifles
I'm a noob, but damn is it addicting. What class do you guys find yourself using the most? I'm leaning towards the Medic, I like being useful to my Squads.
I ONLY use the snipers. It's the only thing I really find fun in battlefield games. I'm slowly getting disappointed in this game though it is very fun. The vehicles kill it, I think it would honestly be SOOOO much of a better game without them. It's like a noob attraction, as if they only put it in the game for the awe factor and didn't think about gaameplay.
The LAV is an amphibious vehicle. So ****ing funny to see it cruising down the Seine and shooting at people above.
QFT. I had my range down on the Tehran Highway, an I picked off about 19 people before they realized where I was, by that point I had pulled back and told my squad-mate to go to where I was previous in an MBT. lmao.
What? The vehicles make the game! If you don't like vehicles play Call of Duty. My main class is probably support. My favorite gun is the Type 88 which was part of the preorder bonus. Put a scope on that ***** and you can control a whole area easily. I was camping at one end of the central alley in Grand Bazaar and just getting massive amounts of kills.
Yea I think the vehicles and massive maps(which wouldn't work too well without vehicles) are what separates this game from others. If you play as a sniper, which i do, I can see how one might think vehicles are too powerful because snipers dont have much to kill them with. I just spot all the vehicles I see and let my teammates kill em. That also brings up another point. I think spotting is incredibly useful, especially while you're flying something. I do it alot, but I don't really get too much help in that respect from my teammates
There's an Infantry Only game option designed just for people like you. I thought the campaign was pretty good despite some of the reviews out there, and although playing memories brought back nightmares about BlOps, I think they pulled it off well, and the twists and turns kept me interested. Spoiler I still don't think any Marine would shoot his CO just because a Russian told him to do it to save the world. Maybe I was supposed to feel disdain for Cole since he supposedly got my squadmates killed, but I just didn't. It's not his fault those two couldn't take cover from a jet that kept doing the same attacks over and over... Rush is a blast, but while Conquest was about all I played in BC2, I couldn't get into it in BF3. Maybe I need to familiarize myself with the maps first, but it didn't seem to flow well, especially with most of the maps having linear Capture Points.
I wuv this game. Man unlocking things are sooo much slower then in the beta. I just want the foregrip... on anything i dont care its so hard to level up weapons because early on you level up 2 different weapons per class. once i unlock the first weapon that can be used by the RU/USA i think it will be a lot faster.
^ That is why I dropped using other classes just because I didn't want to deal with switching to different weapons that didn't have the attachments I wanted. So, the only class I use and leveling up right now is my support class.
