    Some believe this to be the sister station to the arctic Lockout facility, and is said to have been used to study the Flood. But few clues remain amidst its remains.

    If you love Lockout from Halo 2 (which i assume most of you do), then you will love this map. it is about the same size, and has a similar feel during gameplay.

    This is an update to a map that I had made recently made called Rinzler.
    Updates from original:
    -Map has been widened by over 20%, increasing the play area to better gameplay
    -Turrets in each base were removed
    -spawn times and locations of weapons have been changed
    -game types have been reworked, with addition of territories
    -aesthetics updates

    Recent update
    -just filled a place where there was a missing block
    -minor tweak in appearance to upper room

    Important Notes:
    -this map is compatible with max 10 players, but 8 is the suggested limit
    -compatible with 12 players for infection only
    -This is a small map, similar in size and gameplay to Guardian(H3) or Lockout(H2).
    -I would love to get feedback so that it can be improved upon. To give feedback, post on this forum on on the file itself on Bungie.net

    This...map...looks...AMAZING!!! It looks very plesing to see and not too litttle cover and not to much cover. It'd be perfect for SWAT.

    This map has that lockout feel without looking too much like it. it looks well balanced and the asethetics are great. i also love the middle tower strut design. will be getting a DL from me and if i find any bugs i will let you know.

    Changed the name because Rinzler is easily recognized for the Tron universe, and didn't want people to thing that this is a Tron themed map.

    Much more better map than your last map, but I think the combination you did with the wall and block 2x1 looks a little... wierd, as if they didn't go together. I really like the structure you did with the columns, I don't think I've seen it been done before.

    Thanks Zigywig, and I changed that wall and 2x1 combo, replaced it with a horizontal bridge. I also found a place where there was a block missing from the floor, enabling a player to fall right through the floor... fixed that too, enjoy the new version with those couple of minor tweaks

    very very good, but the sniper location are too decentralized.. must be add a orizontal 3x3 block to extend the floor, ideal if rialzed with a little ramp. This in each location.

    And in the big tower must be an elevator, in place of rocket launcer.

    The coverage in the 2x2 ramp, in the central square, and the group of coloumn can be removed.

    I've do this modification in forge, later i post some screen.

    - the sniper location is equal distance from both bases, and is right in the middle of the map...

    -where is it you think there needs to be a 3x3 block with a raised ramp?

    -the big tower must have an elevator? it already has two grav lifts from the bottom floor to
    the top. and there is no rocket launcher, so i am not exactly sure where you are talking about.

    -the 2x2 ramp? don't know what you are referring to

    -if you do make these changes, give me a link to download so i can look at what you mean, because you have left me a little confused...

    mm.. the snipers locations are in middle of map ok, but are decentralized to the square. And the two sniper can't see each.

    The current elevators connects che low level to the high level, but not from the low to the middle level.

    Other changes that i has do:

    - I have changed the yellow light with a blu light, and i've added a red light into the big tower.

    - I have set the tunnel of low level has violet.

    - i have restrict the depth in the left and right rooms in the low level, under the blu light (ex yellow light).

    Sorry for the language, i'm italian.. i hope you like this changes..

    Cant really say that i agree with the changes made:

    -the blue and red lights are usually used to signify bases, in this case you have not put them in bases. this will confuse players as to where the bases actually are. also, the regular lights are too bright, this is why i used a flashing yellow light.

    -i purposefully left the main interior room with a couple of stone walls to provide some more visual cues to a players orientation. those are also great spots for objectives such as territories and safe havens for infection.

    -the additions you made to each base make them great sniper perches, but it would give too much of an advantage to a sniper, which is not the point of the map.

    -the gravity lift you installed in from the bottom floor to the middle floor is not needed. the hole in the ground is meant to be for players to go down, and you have restricted it to upward player movement.

    I'm sorry to say that i still like my version of it better. thanks for the feedback and putting work into it. your version has inspired me to maybe increase the size of each base.

    but imho, in everyone map one sniper should be able to shoot the oher sniper..

    ...but there is only one sniper rifle on the map.
