I have a car that reaches 362km/h, in 12s; do you hate me yet? lol Edit: It's not the Veyron. Back on top with a lead of .03s
"on top" as in you beat the one that i beat you at and now you are winner? or "on top" as in the top of the leaderboards?
What class is your T-bird? My buddy who's giving me this game once he gets it has an old, Nissan Datsun that'll drop an easy 240 on the mile strip. It's an R3 though. The car is just so funny looking and is so comical you'd never think it's one of the best damn drag cars I've ever seen. It can't handle for **** though, but the launch is the highest launch rating I've ever seen (9.6). Thus, a sprint car. (This is in Forza 3 btw.) Also, random question, I read somewhere you can transfer garages and decal sets to the new Forza 4 from Forza 3. Is this true? and if so, how easy/challenging is it?
So I bought the game when it was released on Thursday and I've been enjoying every minute that I've spent with this game. Currently, my cars of choice are the 2010 Lexus LF-A, 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro and the newly purchased 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO. I think for someone that knows absolutely nothing about cars, I'm a pretty decent player. Nonetheless, I can see myself playing this game for quite a while. Also, I sent a request to the Forgehub Club. My GT is Good Tinder.
R3, on a side note my friend has a 1971 Nissan Skyline that'll do a mile in 22.7s And no, you cannot transfer your garage, though you do get cars based on your level in forza 3.
You can transfer over all of your vinyl groups over from forza 3 with the push of a button, just go into the "my vinyl groups" menu and it'll ask you if you want to, just say yes. as for transfering your fm3 garage, it will transfer over some cars, but not all of them and they'll be competely stock with no designs and it will also give you a nice credit bonus too. On another note: Pino, I smashed your time on the nurburgring in the radical, how come you were so slow?
Because I can't stay on the ****ing track because the Radical is ****. I'll try again after this series though. I like how after level 50, every time you level up you get a cR bonus of at least 100k. Edit; **** you and your Gallardo S. I came within 200ths of a second in my RWD 458 Italia on the Alps Challenge. Edit(2); I now own the Ferrari 250 GTO (10 million cR car)
Lol Ferrari's suck. I have the 9M 330 P4, maybe we could all focus on buying 1 of the 5 cars and share them? (gift them to each other for the achievement?) EDIT: i bought it off the auction house for 330k xD
But I already have the 330 P4 and the 250 GTO. I got my 330 for free though, as a car at level 37(?).
I am... or was a Forza Community VIP over at FM.net (short for Forzamotorsport.net Official Forums). Thing is, I've never seen a community so full of bullshit, plotting and attempts to make others look bad. I'm not saying every Forza-fan is like that, it's just the "core, loyal, Forza Faithfuls" as they call themselves. Being an FM1/2/3 "vet", I couldve always safely consider myself one, but never wanted to get into their "game" of constantly pissing on the new people to the franchise. A good metaphor to describe it: Ten guys and one chair. Everytime one tries to climb on it, the others kick it off. That's Forza community for you. All this was the reason I didn't buy FM4. Get deep into it and you better prepare to shovel crap. Just a heads up. Otherwise, please enjoy the game to the fullest and dont let assholes get in your way. Only good racing game series on the 360. I still got them Turn10 folks on my FL, you guys can check if you want to. Good people.
@ KTLR: I never take part in any forums on the games actual website, cos they're nearly all the same. The only real forum I'm ever really on is FH, and thats cos we don't try and out-do each other all the time, and there's a good sense of community spirit as we're so much smaller than all the game-dedicated forums. The point of our forum may be to share maps made on two specific games, but tbh most of us just come on here to mess around and troll each other, and occasionally post the odd comment on an actual forging topic. You should still get Forza 4, just don't take part in the KOTH style forums and stick to the more friendly ones, like us for example. ./too lazy to quote... EDIT: I'm in the process of making a cartoon style simple Forge Monitor Graphic, and i'll post it up as soon as im done, and you guys can give me criticsm and tell me how to improve it, and i'll make it free to all of you guys cos im nice like that. EDIT P.S: I'm not a pro at making vinyl groups, but i like to try things out, so dont expect a 500 layer masterpiece.
This sounds like an awfully self-centered or egoistic comment, but I couldnt find any other way to put it: I'm too known in Forza not to be uninvolved. I dont want to buy the game because all the old stuff from past three games drags me in. Also became very tired by getting begged for unlocked tunes & stuff daily. Forza is done for me and I'm completely content about the decision.
Time to blast around the Nurburgring me thinks; Let's try to get up the leaderboards. * 08:01.998 on the second lap in my 458 Italia.
GODDAMIT, i bought a car you can unlock for free????!!!! FMFL EDIT: I found a cool vid for those of us who havent reached level 50, it shows all the cars you can choose from at each level. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4LYPEnC1880
