Alright guys, so heres the plan for this thread. Discuss and/or post pictures of what you think is the coolest combination of armor and color for Halo:Reach or Halo: 3. I personally am really into how my armor looks because I think it looks sick! Here is a picture: So have at it, later I might do ask who do you think looks the coolest or something along those lines.
I believe this belongs in the Reach Discussion forum. Might as well contribute while I'm here. On your armor; I'm glad you didn't go with colors that everyone uses, and the blue secondary actually works with the blue visor, usually that visor color doesn't mesh well with armor, at least IMO. Personally not a fan of Jump Jet, which it looks like you have on, but eh, that's just me. Other than that, I like it. And...then me I guess: I like Mark V, so I kept it. I wear Heart Attack as well, just for the kicks.
Haven't changed my armour (except for the visor colour, used to be gold) since I was a high enough rank and could afford the gold visor. So that was a while ago.
I used to have this armor, with softcase, gold visor, and Red secondary, but I really began to dig the monochromatic color scheme with Inclement Weather. I wander if any People with Douche armor will post pics, and try to give some explanation.
Uh, what the hell is douche armor? Are you actually saying that you're judging people based on the armor they wear? Anyway, mine. But it's kinda invalid, especially considering I change my armor completely almost every single time I log into Reach. Todays is: This is the first time I've ever worn both Sec shoulders at once.
By douche armor I mean people whos Armor generally consists of The Grenadier Chest, MkVI, Gungnir, Security, or EVA[C] helmet, Security shoulders, and usually the shotgun wrists. I call it 'Douche armor' because, from the way I see it, people disreguarding the way their armor looks, to the point where they just buy the most expensive and showy crap, and slap it on their armor, just to show off.

Of course no-one on hear will like rugby because you're all american.
To be honest... that just sounds like some kind of pouty explanation for trolling because someone has armor that you don't. Here's your "douchy" armor... As for my explanation... I just wanted to look like a walking tank loaded with as much ammo/weapons as possible. I used to wear the Assault/Sapper Chest but switched to the Collar/Grenadier[UA] to offset the Security Right Shoulder. I didn't like how high the right shoulder was placed and wanted the Sniper Ammo on the Left Shoulder, so figured the Collar/Grenadier[UA] chest was a decent compromise. I'd still have worn that loadout if it were the cheapest armory items.
Add some inclement weather to that and you look like the ultimate Reach tryhard. Anyway here's my armor.
Got almost all the armor effects... and Cortana's Firefight voice. Should have Grunt Birthday Party by tonight, which will give me every item in the armory costing > 200,000 cR.
For...fun? The game isn't really about armor. Yes, I'm sitting at Mythic, but I'd still be playing Reach with a rank reset if it happened.
I'm currently playing only Firefight... just biding my time until Invasion is fixed... and gets more maps.
Blue is my favourite colour and I feel the Silver visor goes with the shades of blue on my armour. I wouldn't say my armour is "cool", though.
