First of all, SKINS WIN, 28-14 to the Giants!!! and well, I'm not sure what to put in the OP. If there's something important that people feel should be in the OP, i'll edit. But for now, let's talk about this season that wasnt even supposed to happen. Who are your favorite teams, or even your most hated teams, who do you think's gonna take the super bowl, etc.
How about that opening game between the Packers and Saints? That was some good **** there. Also, kinda happy about this year's NFL. The Bears released WR Andy Fantuz who originally played with my boys in the CFL the Sask. Riders. So we got him back, and today he played in our 45-23 win against our rivals.
Eagles fan here, so I obviously absolutely despise the Cowboys and the Giants. Don't mind the Redskins too much since they're not too great and don't really compete for the division title at all (sorry BT). Definitely happy they beat the Giants though. Eagles cruised to a fairly easy 31-13 win over the Rams. Rooting hardcore for the Jets tonight.
Oh, no, I'm a Raven diehard, but living in the DMV is difficult without showing a little support for the city, yknow? Especially for a win against Giants?
I'm a Bengals fan. awww yeah. we actually won our game though. And I'm probably going to be rooting for the eagles all year because Vick is my fantasy quarterback.
Long-time Arizona fan, but I like the Chargers, too. Good to see Peterson being productive, and even better to see Cam Newton get beaten. By the way, is this worthy of a sticky?
So every single game Steve Smith plays in the quarterback throws for 400 yards? Come on man, give credit where it's due.
Some worrisome things about the game though. Our offense line was pretty bad most of the time with far to many people getting right to Vick or just pushing back the entire O-Line in his face. Also our defensive front could not stop the run to save their life. We just got lucky most of the Ram's important players had to leave the game due to injury and the fact we got out to such a lead that they had to pass more, which our D was pretty good against. Also Chargers won which I liked.
Anyone can throw a few bombs. Point is they've been swooning over him no matter what he's been doing.
Yeah I did notice that. McCoy couldn't get any sort of decent yardage until the 4th quarter when either the O-line was warmed up or the Rams D was tired. Our pass D looked pretty solid though.
Before I say anything, I'm quite surprised that people are even posting in here, almost all sports threads I've seen on here have failed, well for obvious reasons. Yet, I do remember Lights had an NFL thread before. Otherwise, that was by far the best Bears game I've seen in quite a while. To see my boy Urlacher get an interception and his 4th career touchdown was awesome. Cutler actually played great compared to the **** that Bears fans had to go through last season and overall pretty much most of the Bears player excelled yesterday. Also, the opening kickoff return from the Vikings, and the Punt return and kick return touchdowns from Ted Gin from the 49ers were amazing.
