I think CEA forge will be a lot like tempest. I don't mean that there is all of the forge capabilites, but the fact it had caves you could configure to your liking. That is what they did with a video of Battle Canyon on IGN. They showcased even a new teleporter room behind the base that could be configured to be classic/redone. I believe the same is with Prisoner, because they added new paths that are optional. Also, on the caption of the video, it says "Be sure to look for things hiding in plain sight." It's either the description for the map or a hint to something.
It refers to the spartan doll that's lying on the ground next to the (cave) teleporter. It's also wearing the Defiant map pack helmet.
You obviously don't know much about CEA at all. Of course there is going to be forge in Anniversary, it's not a new game. Just an expansion to Reach using it's engine for multiplayer. And the image of the Hang em' High remake looks like you can fly out side of it where a possible forgeworld could be. If not, Foundry was indoors..
i think youll be able to forge the remade maps but i dont think there is a forgeworld all of it's own. they would have been advertising it... maybe i'm wrong
Or they're waiting to release information on it. Or they could be surprising us. All of which are possibilities. We know that there are new map-specific objects, as you can see on previous videos. From what I know, Hang em High is the only map without a video, making it the perfect suspect to be a possible Forge World if 343 is withholding information. On top of that, the image of Hang em High shows some suspiciously forge-looking objects. Each tombstone looks like it's placed on the ground, not buried. Plus, Hang em High is a big box. A perfect canvas.
Actually, there is this specific hole in the top of one of the caves in Battle Canyon (Beaver Creek) which is said to might lead to a Forge World... Not so sure of it though.

That's awesome and all but you guys should check out youtube more often, the most information will be there. My suggestion is look up Halo 4 Follower for news. What his video covered about forge was that the forge variant for all 6 new maps will have all the Forge World Pecies and also that on Battle Creek that the small cave that has been blocked off for so long will now be openable so that it will be bigger and possibly a new forge area, anyway also everyone has to buy the game not download through reach. I already pre-ordered. You can get the multiplayer gametype on Halo:Reach though through it won't be out till the beta for multiplayer arrives I believe next month so good luck and happy hunting.

Agreed, times ten thousand, that should've totally made the cut. Just having a little kill-ball roll across railings, (as clever as it is) didn't compare to being rammed by an oncoming train. But yet, I'm not going to let that stop me from enjoying halo anniversary as a whole. EDIT: Oh, and Burial Mounds, I loved that map!
yes forge will be in aniversary because there are 2 different beaver creeks one with the back teleporters and the caves and one without it
They've announced both the campaign and MP will be on one disc. However, if you have Reach, you can install Reach to your HDD and play the Reach maps off the anniversary disc. The anniversary multiplayer IS REACH, same engine, same forge, same everything. Headlong HAS been confirmed. Only the campaign is in the new engine. Just thought I'd clear some misconceptions up.
I think it's weird that they included any Halo 2 map, personally. But if they were going to, I would have preferred a couple others over Headlong. Like Relic - loved playing one flag on that map.
