Ocean's Grave is an infection map based on Darth Human's [jumpto=http://www.forgehub.com/forum/reach-mini-game-maps/117504-forsaken-lagoon-shark-reef.html]Forsaken Lagoon[/jumpto]. The concept is basically the same as Forsaken Lagoon's. Sharks(zombies) kill the humans. The sharks all start underwater with an energy sword and grav hammer. The humans start on the above water catwalks with a shotgun and magnum. The sharks start at a greater depth underwater than where you usually can survive. This is not a mod merely a spot in the ocean that for some reason allows you to survive a greater depth. Once again I just want to thank Darth Human for the map and gametype inspiration, so be sure to check out his map. After the testing and feedback I will post this map in the mini-games section. This map also has 2 custom gametypes. They are: Legendary Reef- 1 shark, 2-9 humans Legendary Waves- 5 sharks, 5-9 humans Now for the pics: Loadout Camera Overview A Look Underwater Living Up To The Name, Ocean's Grave Hmm, Maybe A Well Placed Hammer Will Boost You Onto The Catwalks Pool Rules: 1- human has 10 meter radar 2- last man standing has unlimited ammo 3- friendly fire is off 4- humans cannot swim back to surface, you fall in, you stay in Well that is it for this preview if you want this current version will be on my file share as well as the gametypes. I would love feedback, especially from those of you who get a game on here. Thanks!
Hmm I just must ask why isnt the maps design more complex or aesthetic? It just looks like a bunch of 5x1 blocks thrown together in a few squares with rock spires in a couple places , I think you should add more design and creativity to this map, because as it is right now I dont see how it could be very enjoyable.
It is supposed to be that the humans are trapped and trying to survive. The ocean doesn't look perfect in every spot does it?
I'm pretty sure he built the walkways around the rocks. Does the ocean have weird walkways around the exact same pixel perfect rock? Walled off by a big Wall Colosseum? You definitely have money to improve aesthetics/platforms.
