If it doesn't, like Fallout, it will be released after. Graphics and UI will be slightly better than console as well.
Your probably right. But all my friends are probably going to end up getting it for xbox... My rig will handle max settings for both, so that's not a problem, but games are the most fun playing with people you know. Sigh... [br][/br]Edited by merge: Look's like virus' mother.
New images! YAY! (In spoilers for safety of lag) SOURCE Argonian Spoiler Breton Spoiler Dark Elf Spoiler High Elf Spoiler Imperial Spoiler Khajiit Spoiler Nord Spoiler Orc Spoiler Redguard Spoiler Wood Elf Spoiler LOOK AT THE ****ING BEARDS!
Boss. Boss. Boss. After seeing those Argonian heads though, I'm having second thoughts about them. I might go Imperial like I did in Oblivion and try to make a well rounded character who's decent in Magic, Melee and Ranged combat. I seriously cannot wait for this game. If Trials Evolutions comes out this year too, I'll have pretty much infinite gaming time. **** school, **** eating, **** sleeping. Those two games will have me tied over until the day I freaking die. /exaggeration
skull face dark elf is bad ass. and i dont really like high elf/wood elf. they look kinda hardcore, but thats a bad thing to me. the high elf especially should have much more elegant features. and the would elf should have softer features, they look too angular to me.
What Wood Wonk said. The Altmer and Bosmer should look a bit more softer than they are, at the moment they look too pointy and pissed off. Still, those are probably random generated faces, so we'll have the option of making them look more like the traditional races we recognise from previous games. And yes, skull face Dunmer looks like he could shred some asshole. I wonder if the face paint will be all defaults or mostly defaults with some modifiable placements/shapes/colours. Also, the women have too skinny necks, particularly the Khajiit women. They look malnourished. :\
The details look better if you see the pictures in high-res, specifically the textures. I'm sure you'll be able to change any of the features you find unpleasant, too. I'm surprised some of you are so put off by the faces, though, considering how far ahead of Morrowind and Oblivion they are. It's as if you're judging them based on those games.
no im judging them based on those recently released pictures. and i dont think the details and textures are bad, just that they look like heroin addicts. its not a problem with the graphics, but the animation. i guess it could be an accurate depiction on pre-industrial humans, but they still look ugly to me.
It's not really a graphics or animation problem, just kind of funny. Lots of people like to play as attractive people in RPG games. Go figure.
