definitely continents, I'm getting somewhat fed up with always getting an archipelago every new map. Continents with oceans and river's would definitely make me a happy boy.
And maybe some more flat areas. I can only ever seem to find mountains, and not even cool ones at that. Just the squat and wide ones that are to big to separate from the rest of the world. If he improves biomes he needs to make them bigger, maybe make one that's a desert with some sandstone plateaus.
Future plan on GhostsofOnyx server is to make a minimum 100X100X30 underground city at bedrock level. Ground made of Obby with Netherrack roads... I know what you mean, I had to herd a TON of sheep to get all the wool I need to color code all the floors stairways so you dont get lost because its so damned huge. It's big enough that if you are in the middle you can see the sunset instead of the wall, so Im gonna have to figure out what I'm gonna do about that. I'm probly gonna get pissed off and use toomanyitems to finish off what i need for supplies. But I don't see this project getting done anytime soon what with the new zombie map pack for black ops and then skyrim coming out. BTW, mine is purely made of stone slabs, Iron blocks, types of wool, and glowstone. A **** ton of glowstone. I have made SO many trips to the nether just for the glowstone, its ridiculous. On another note, did anyone know you can use the fishing rod to pull mobs/animals to you? I was having fun wrangling creepers, spiders and zombies into a pit so I could work on my city since its always dark enough for them to spawn, I had fun.
Thats because Matt has no idea how these commands work. They are like magnets if you will, to him. Me and Pres are the movers shakers and producers here. WE make that **** rock. oh also we troll sometimes.
Grrrrrrr.... Just spent like an hour making a giant staircase and I fell through the floor once I finished and was working on the bedroom before placing the bed down. Respawned and won't be able to find my house now ;_;
Oh ok cool I saw the finished layout but that town is all you. You name it and make the layout yourself. I'll make a subway if need be.
K, I'm thinking it needs a big dock though; have you looked behind the Colosseum? There's a massive river system that leads to a huge lake.
