Finally, the map feature of the ENDGAME map pack, Endgame itself. This map is what inspired me to name the map pack, to put the cherry on top of the icecream. This map features light vehicle combat and fight for the neutral base. I had done the spawns in a different way with this one, essentially each team can spawn either inside their base OR the neutral base but cannot spawn inside the enemy base thanks to Anti spawn zones creating very unique gameflow as the combat can be either on foot or in vehicle in equal balance. You will not see it but in the water is a grid which is used to support vehicle traffic during gameplay. So in a sense, the water in this level is very shallow and easy to tread. Control can go in many directions as there are many vantage points, but at the same time they are vulnerable to sneak attack or bombardment. So many possibilities in this map that it is insane, so play the map and see the gameplay for yourself. Here is an overview: Red team base: Blue team base: Now a ghost (90sec), Mongoose(30sec) and Hog (120sec) are placed for each team with a neutral Revenant in bottom center (150sec). There is lots of room to drive full circle around the map but I took careful time not to create too much space so players can take them down easier without vehicle assistance. Upper platform where rockets are located (180 at 1 clip): Inside look of neutral base: (laser spawn, 180) Sniper balcony (120 at 2 clips) Health pack and DMR spawn inside neutral base: Hammer spawn, DMR spawn (under bridge) and sender node to neutral base: Receiver node in far back of Neutral base: And that is all folks, special thanks to Divine Rifle, xDTx Kaos and Ten x System for all their hard work on their map submissions and the advice they have given me. Without them I believe my maps wouldn't be as good as they are now. Here is a link to my fileshare where you can view all the maps, Bungie.net : Reach : Player File Share While your there also take the time to look at my Signature for the ENDGAME map pack. That image was in fact done in forge world by me to help advertise this map pack. Let us recap on the names of the maps for ENDGAME: Hellbent, Trismegistus, Silverstream, Archia, Divinity, Eden and of course Endgame. These maps have taken months to prepare and photo shoot but I was determined. Please rate each map best out of 10, it will be good for both me and my team so we could make better future creations. Thanks again folks!
From the overview it appears that it looks like a mini paradisio/avalanche. Is there a major difference?
8/10: original layout and good flow, but poor use of objects (framerate) and an inconsistent piece usage.
Thanks for including me in the credits. All of these maps are amazing. Each one is about the equal of twelve other map posts on FH these days. Most likely one of my maps will be under the AoH name. And by the standards of these others that is more than a complement. Cant wait to se more from the AoH.
I would have to agree with this post. I click the DL button and ran through it on forge. I love the layout, a very interesting approach to a map. I also love the glass building, it just looks super sexy! Yet, that is all that it does. With all of those windows you are going to get some MAJOR Frame rate during games. Game play should always come first on maps, and aesthetics second. Anyways, this seems like a fun map and with some changes would be a fun one!
Looks very original. The layout is pretty sick, and I love the incorperation of curved, yet not curved objects.
Thank you for the constructive critiques everyone! I recommend to download all the other maps for this is not the only map we worked hard on. You can also look the maps up in filtered search under the tag "endgame". As for this map I will see if I can make a similar version with lower cost and reduced framerate
