The falcons is balanced on this map as I built it to do so. it plays everything expect invasion and race. the map is not longer a U it is a diamond now. I enclosed the back for a good as it is supposed to a flanking and sneaky route that, it's great view (lag and cheapest ensue), and flag cap times as the base are pretty close to each other. Also a earlier version of this placed gold in the satyos BTB contest. im not trying to insult your map, but it looks like it needs WAY more cover. what i like though is that you made little buildings away from the center, and put in some things inspired from good maps (the narrows like cannons FTW, lol). i suggest you make more of those little buildings and rates, etc., around the borders of the map. thats where it seems to lack the most cover. on the inside of the map, make more narrow alleyways with those ramps up to other areas, such as in the 4th pic (going from the bottom to the top). otherwise, i like the inside areas, and a lot of the architecture. keep it up.
I'm interested in seeing a game play video of this. A thing that kinda bothers me is that it looks like there's almost no room for warthogs to drive around apart from the middle. But I dunno I've never played it. Also, on the 3rd pic it looks a little empty... feels like something could be added. Over all it looks good.
I saw this on Halo Charts awhile ago, definitely deserved gold better than Mt. Lam Lam. I have wanted to play this, it looks like there are good vehicle paths, however I worry about infantry paths overall. It seems a little too open, but that could make it all the more fun as well.
First and foremost I love any and all feedback I am never satisfied so I have a hard time finalizing anything, and try to make everyone happy witch is impossible First i will explain my actions in one word Disco because Light Hearted has had a long history of having it. it is really hard to get rid of and sense this map is built with entirely artificial terrain I had to use a lot of objects, and as we all know disco is caused by the amount of objects in your LOS this doubles in spilt screen. Add this to the fact that it completely ignores wall and you get that it is a lot harder to rid of that lag. At this point for this map not disco I can only maybe add one or two objects beyond that much lose objects. Secondly this has a lot more cover than blood gulch and paradiso. I love comments that contradict each other but I will say having a good driver goes a long way in light hearted this is mostly because of the ramps good drivers can make very good use of them. The paths are made for warthogs and mongooses though if you tried a wraith or tank it wouldn't fit... But warthog drive fine. Idk what I could add in the back area ideas? The old pics here are of that earlier version summited to the contest, this one is much better less friendly to infantry though though vehicle driving is not a pain like it was on the that version. Depends on your preference really thought but any more cover and warthogs will suffer and the terrain adds more cover that you think it would. Keep the feedback coming.
