So after a grueling 13+ hour wait at the local hospital, my brother had his first son at 3:13 this morning, on the day of all days, Bungie Day! ^_^. He's a cute thing too, with his father's big head, lol, but it is definitely something. It would have been pure epic if he had been born a half hour later, but hey, no worries, .
That's pretty sweet man. You said it was your nephew right? My daughter is supposed to be born October 15th.
@Skisma: Congrats. Glad to hear it! And yeah, it's my nephew. First time uncle as of today actually. @broccollipie: Yeah, 3:43 on Bungie Day would have been epic, lol. The kid would never forget it either haha.
You brother had a son?! /Troll Congrats on the Nephew, and congratulate your bro too; he did most of the work (lol).
Are your brother and his partner Halo nerds? No offense, but it would be pretty sad if they named the child after anything to do with Halo. John Arbiter Smith, for example. Or Seven (w00t, go Halo/Seinfeld reference!). 'Grats to them, though. Hope she's alright after that big old head.
Am i the only one that expected to click on this post to see a newborn baby wearing a spartan helmet?? On a serius note congrats on becoming an uncle man and i hope that he dosnt turn out to be a cod a-hole after all :L
Guys can't you see, it's Bungie's plan to take over the world! On the day Bungie leaves the francise they: 1- Work on AEROSPACE 2- Leave Halo 3- Have a child intentionally born on 7/7 at 3:13. 3 + 3 + 1 = 7 7/7/7 :O No but in all seriousness, congrats. Tell him one day that he was born on a very awesome date.
I knew it... Bungie had this planned all along... I suppose this means that his 7th birthday is going to be HUGE.
Please tell me they named him John... if so, he will be the first REAL Spartan II. It's... destiny...
Close. James actually. The name John was brought up, however, but the wife didn't agree with it.. or something. I dunno.
so that's two people I know who had a child on Bungie Day...lol Congratulations is in order, I guess.
They're going to use the Bungie Aerospace engine to take over our cellphones so we can't call for help. Then we will all be herded into their company's base, where they will force us to test their games. That is the future of the world. Bungie will take us all. :O
