    >>After exiting slip space we stumbled upon what looks to be neither Human or Covenant technology. The object appears to be Forerunner in origin. Approximately 10,000km in Diameter and possibly another (Code Name Halo) Installation.
    >>Covenant armada has landed on the Installation. Lucy-B091 has used AI Endless Summer to monitor and hack into the Covanent Battle Net. CBN is going crazy with covy chatter.

I like your Red Base (Blue is meh), but I can see quite a few problems. Here's what I can see right off the bat:

--Too many spawn points that are out in the open. You do not want to spawn players in areas that are not safe. Be very empirical with your spawn point placement. From the looks of it, you just placed them willy-nilly in some places.
--Going hand-in-hand with the above problem, there is little cover present in the central area. Blood Gulch makes up for its open center because of the caves, teleporters (which I see you have), and more varied elevation in the natural terrain.
--To fix the cover problem, I suggest adding in some neutral bunkers and placing power weapons in those to draw players toward these locations.
--Needs some ghosts. Possibly Wraiths or a neutral tank for some crazy position battles. No one will use the geese unless it's CTF anyways.
--6 Health packs seems like a bit much. Go with 4 max.
--8 pistols may be too many as well; no one will be using those much if there are
other options, especially since on a BtB map like this everyone will start with DMRs.
--Remove the shield doors going into the Blue base. If you have any on Red base, get rid of those too. This will give you some budget back as well. You can use something else to give those entrances more cover, like a central pillar.

That's it for now. Any other advice would require some play-testing first hand. Hope this helps.

This is an excellent start. I will get working on this tonight and tomorrow and see where it goes from there! Thank you. I will probably need to just completely redo the spawns, although im not entirely sure what im doing when it comes to setting them up correctly
