goodness, first drink at 20, that's ridiculous.
I got drunk for the first time when I was 14. Didn't start happening on a constant basis until I was 17 though

He's saying that your mother got drunk while she was pregnant and you were just a fetus, and because of that when you were born you were all deformed and had a learning disability and your parents decided to put you up for adoption because although they could afford to raise you, they didn't want you rolling around the house and drooling on the carpet at age 10.
