It was at this point that the Control Tower became a central point of interest for both the UNSC and rebel factions' plans for victory." Download Control Tower Description: The map took 15+ hours to complete. The weapons are placed effectively, and there are a number of different paths to take around the map. Each team must defend two bases in most game types, and the pace of the game is dertimined by where you are in the map. If you are partial to vehicles you'll most likely find yourself on the right side, where as if you are a more up close and personal type player, you'll be more inclined to the left. The entire map is overlooked by a large, elevated, and central room, that holds a controlling view of the entire map, but is farely easy to attack. There is also quite a few semi-power weapons on the map, to help balance the vehicles in open areas. Power weapons spawn at different rates and at different times durring the match, which causes the focus of play to switch areas as the game progresses. A man cannon is placed in each starting base, to launch players out and into the main bases, which are small and exposed, but provide decent cover. These man connons also allow a hilarious and effective tactic only describable as "drive-byes" where a single good jump can change the tide of the game. It looks like some flat objects are not flat. I don't have any room on my Xbox for H3 maps despite having a 120GB HDD (Why the limit Bungie!)
Nice layout, I like the look of that central tower. I see you put some thought into how everything works here, and the gameplay is probably phenomenal. However, you have some crookedness in some of your floated objects (fence walls), there are a couple boxes that should be flipped upside down, there is a little more interlocking that could've been done, and those single open boxes should probably be merged with the map. Nice map: 8/10
yeah, i know some of the fence wall are a bit crooked, but i find they don't retract from the game play at all. As for the single boxes, i made the map before i knew how to sink them into the ground My next map is sure to have all these problems fixed, and hopefully play just as well as this one does.
The middle part reminds me a lot of Sanctuary. Other than that, not much else too notable. Good job with making it though, it's fairly neat.
Lol, if we want to wait like twenty minutes to load hundreds of maps then we should be able to. Map looks pretty good, minimal interlocking. Some areas look quite sloppy. Also it appears you have a lot of weapons, most of the deafult maps dont have any more than 3 power weapons.
i realize there are a lot of power weapons, but they all have minimal ammunition and long respawn times, they also spawn at different times throught the game, to try and change up the gameplay...i'm currently working on fixing the interlocking and adding more...maybe tweaking weapon placements...should be done soon
Good friggin job with this map. Looks great, and many people are gonna love it. you wont be able to appeal everyone, but you got my dl. good job. and i love it. having the different spawn times does force the gameplay to vary lol... makes huge differences.
