Which one, as far as I know they are all correct? Some of the quarter rests are pretty hard to read though.
I don't really read/create sheet music often but I don't see a time signature to even say that it's incomplete.
Nah there isn't, but since most of it seems to be written in 4/4 (I know writing it as a fraction, big no no, but it's hard to write 4/4 out otherwise...) you can assume it's that or some variation (2/2 8/8 16/16 etc...) I suppose you could say it can't be either complete or incomplete, but based on a pattern, it'd seem to be 4/4 lol.
