What would the world think of the US if he came out of his hole with some video just after this whole fanfair of having killed him? It would make us look like douchbags for lying It would shatter America's faith in Obama and probably be worse than Watergate It would make us look like idiots for not making sure the guy we claim we killed wasn't still alive It would make us look like jerks for being caught so easily after this huge deal out of it It would spur hundreds to thousands (guessing at numbers, not actually factual, could go either way) could spur many semi-fanatical muslims to full on fanatasism against the US It would make himself look like a genius/tough guy/fast thinker for escaping or he could play the "back from the dead card" to make himself into some new religous figure (which is possible since no one would be able to use his body to at least prove whoever we killed wasn't him after all) It would turn most, if not ALL, of our allies against us because they'd think we lied to them It would start riots in the US as well as anti-US riots all over the globe when everyone finds out how messed up the government is that they tried to get away with it. That's just off the top of my head. If he's still alive he has the US by the throat, all he has to do is make a video. Hell, he could walk into the middle of a crowded city and announce the fact he's not dead, and no one would be able to touch him because the citizens may defend him (assuming this is a primarily muslim city in the middle east).
Lol if he released a video they would go head over heels to censor that anyway, sure some people would hear about it, then say it to the masses and the masses won't believe it. But I believe he's dead, just don't believe this is the "end of terrorism" and **** like that.

I don't think they could censor it. That's the thing with the US, we protect our free speech so much it's impossible for the government to shut it down. If he sent a copy to enough news agencies there would be no censoring it, this is the story of a life time, this is a story that could cripple the US for years to come.
As if the government doesn't control central media icons. Not to say that we are censored, our media is probably the most 'free' of any, but still if they didn't want something out, they could easily do it. They would receive much more money not to publish it than actually publish it imo.

Thank you, rusty, thank you. Now really, Osama is dead, there's no other evidence I've seen to otherwise refute this. Should Obama get the credit? No. Will it have a large impact? No. It's a step in the right direction, though.

So it's easier to believe that Obama has staged a hoax for the whole world to give him a boost during the next election season rather than they actually killed him? I guess simple truths aren't enough for some people.
Why would they bother going into Pakistan then? The US and Pakistan haven't been on good terms for a while now, if they were going to "fake" it, I'm almost positive that they would do it where they actually had "jurisdiction." (Like in Afghanistan)
