seriously? Is that all you guys do for this site? Nominate your MLG maps so they can get more downloads? You guys and your 'monopoly' of the FHF is a partial reason why no one likes it. Voted for The Docks because it is actually creative.
Awwww, some one's Jelly. Got some vasoline over here for ya buddy. Here's a question... There's only a handful of us that come to this stink hole yet a whole lot of numbers racked up in the polls. If only a few of us MLG guys come here to run the polls, then how come we get so many votes in the end from the mainstay population huh? It couldn't possibly be that our maps ARE better.
Winning a FHF is barely a reflection of the quality of any given map. It's definitely an honor, but these are popularity contests and nothing more.
What's the point of arguing on this? Clearly each little group or sect nominates and then votes for their friends maps. What else would you expect? We have seen this week in and week out, and I've seen a handful of maps that shouldn't of been FHF but were simply because their friends voted and helped them. Sure, you can call it an 'honor', but all it really is is a popularity vote. I'm not mentioning any names of these sects because I don't want to start a flamewar. Vote goes to Andriod, it's the only one I have played and easily the best up here, ( not sure if that's my MLG bias kickin in )
No one votes for Tetris? Meh, Tetris and the Docks are both amazing. Android is too, but the both are better.
And now it comes to the clique war... Who's clique is bigger? Or who can sway the most neutral votes? Dun dun dun... Popularity contests at its best.
Rather than stirring the pot, I'd like to hear your thoughts on all of the maps. An actual critique on why you chose the map you did. Could help others decide, eh?
I just find it entertaining watching the results grow and switch over repeatedly as all you ***** at each other To put it simply; since you guys have started having these arguments, the more regular people have stopped voting and we've had different members vote each week in and week out. Now, whilst the results are evolving without taking any influence from the debates going on here.... play nice
Please don't do that. You're associating my map with some kind of clique war as if I'm out campaigning for people to vote in a poll I've already stated in this thread has very little meaning. I'm not interested in the drama getting attached to my name, I'm sure you'll understand. I personally am not familiar with... well... any map except my own and The Docks which I downloaded since somebody in this thread mentioned it was creative and I'm always interested in new ideas in racing maps. The Docks was a cool track, and I'm sure the others in this little poll are good as well.
