If you're talking about ladders in which you skip every other piece of the ladder, meh, not a big deal to me, they look like poop that way anyway. Typical: While moving all my precious stuff (Redstone, diamonds and Iron) into my second house, I fell into lava while walking in a cave. Started a new world, spawned in snow. I have yet to see lightning, but i've gotten all but one of the achievements. I'm happy notch is adding more.
Has anybody tried a booster rail yet? I was just wondering how effective they were, I'll probably try one out later.
It gives you a nice boost, but nothing infinite compared to the glitched boosters, they are still better. They are also quite costly requiring a lot of gold and redstone to operate well.
