In the next generation of Pokemon would you rather have HMs or equipment you earn that allows you to do the things HMs do e.g. Scuba gear instead of Dive, a Poke saddle instaed of Fly (You ride whatever Pokemon) Just asking to sort out an argument with someone

Yeah... It's just that flying is a shortcut to a place and a viable alternative is just riding a pokemon to a pokemon centre (So there's a cutscene and you're there). Anyway, thanks for everyone's opinions!
That's not true, the only game he ever thought was perfect was Portal. Also I got all my Pokemon for my team except my shiny Ralts I'm waiting for.
Male or female? I went for a shiny ralts a while ago, also I wanted it to be male, but I would have settled on a female (going for Gallade, that's why I wanted a male) I got extremely lucky (well I guess I had a 50/50 chance) and got a male shiny ralts, and now he kicks all sorts of ass <3
An exaggeration to prove a point, dude. Anyway, I've been playing Crystal on and off over the span of 3 months with many interruptions (school, work, loss of interest, etc.) and have finally made my way to Red. I'm going to use my Capture Card to record the GB Tower of Pokemon Stadium 2, to hopefully catch the event of finally beating it, and maybe throw a song over it or a live commentary. After that, I plan on doing a mini Let's Play of one the Stadium 2's cup challenges. Also, the Victini event has been extended for an undetermined amount of time. If you don't have it yet, you may want to hurry up.
Female, I have a shiny Gallade already, I would breed my own shiny but it takes too damn long and could be male.
Seeing as I'm too lazy to get my Weavile they way I want it to, I'm ditching it for a Meinshao. So my future team will consist of: -Mienshao -Haxorus -Swampert -Luxray -Metagross -Charizard/Crobat/Aerodactyl. I think it's a pretty cool team. Right now though I think I'm just gonna go catch some legendaries. Either that or I'll do another run through of HeartGold.
That didn't work, do I have to have all boxes full? EDIT: You don't have to talk to the professor, more boxes are just immediately unlocked.
