I know it's bad, but if you could tell me what you would do to make it more appealing, it would be appreciated greatly. It's 12:19 am, and frankly whatever I finish now looks amazing to myself, though it probably isn't really to anybody looking at it.

The second picture is a newer version. My friend and I have decided against moving the logo to the bottom.

First of all, the colours are WAY to intense, eye fatigue paradise.

Secondly, it appears to be have been made in paint? Now I'm not bashing, but unless you put a CRAP load of work into something in paint you're going to have those rough lines. Get Paint.net or something so you can at least have anti-aliased circles and whatnot.

Are the images you have in the circles relevant to the subject matter? I don't play BLOPS so they very well could be whilst seeming random to me. If they are random, make them not random.

Yeah, I thought the colours were way too intense. Gonna fix that today.
It was made with paint, and Paint.net, but Paint.net was mostly used to line it up, and get things centred for the most part.
The only random one is the Griffin thing, but that falls in as our channel "logo"(?).

Then you probably want to put that logo in the bottom right circle. Seems like a better place IMO.

It's been dialled down to not total white and grey, instead of black. It looks a whole lot nicer now and it's a lot easier on the eyes.

From my experience it is never good to use stark colours, but rather dulled colours, as they are easier on the eyes. This applies to black and white as well, I always use a shade or two brighter or darker for these, as it is much easier on the eyes.

If the griffin is your logo, do something to emphasize it, rather than just sticking it next to a bunch of very similar icons that could just as easily be what you are trying to emphasize.

Just saying as well, but paint is...well crap. The rough edges it produces are bad, it is much better to use a program that is actually suited to do the work that you require of it, such as paint.net or GIMP (both of which are free, gimp is harder to use, but much better than paint.net)

Yeah, I've used GIMP before, but it like to frequently crash on this PC.
The logo... I don't really know how I could emphasize it really..
Dulled colours are in. The red is the same, but instead of black it's a dark grey, and instead of white, it's kind of an eggshell white now. IMO it's a lot better, I'll re-upload it soon(ish).

    Red is still too red.

Also, soft gradients are your friends. Try to blend the black ops thing that is pasted in the center better to the gray background, or at least put a frame around it. Looks awkwardly placed at the moment.

I personally say scrap the red all together, Black Op's logo has varied grays and whites, use those, it'll all work out. If you're certain about keeping the red, dull it down.

You should also consider revising your font, make it match the logo's font, I believe that is some form of the "Impact" font.

Alright, I'll try another go at it later today, after class.

First the colors may be eye catching but it's kind of an eyesore, second, the whole image is very low-res, maybe make those icons smaller, sharpen them and make those box and outline colors less brilliant.
