Hi Tim. I got online yesterday with a friend from UEG that was looking over race maps for one of their activity nights. We found 6 other players and tried out a lot of different maps that were fun. But, they weren't that competitive for a lot of racers at one time.

Then I loaded this map and set it to Rally race. The NASCAR oval track idea was the most fun (most laughs) we had of any map we tried. Just flat out thumb down on the throttle racing, we liked that. The way you set the Rally points up in the different locations was a great idea and the key to making it competitive for everyone racing. We ran 4 races with 3 rounds each and had 4 different overall winners.

I personally don't think there is a more versatile map maker on Forge Hub than timmypanic. ROCK

Thanks ROCK! This is awesome feedback. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing that my map is being enjoyed. Thank you. Yeah I am impressed with how the rally turned out. Adding lots of different checkpoints makes it fun and competitve. The oval circuit works really well as a race, as u say flat out, Drifting all around. Thanks for testing out my map. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

great Stadium!!! very versatile!!! Good !!!! ready to Download

I love this kind of maps, i courious to try all others gametype you setted on it, i Appreciated the Stadium form, isn't Square, and needs a lot of work to check the curve lines....
A real good job i think i'll use it Often for Some gametype i created, one of them is the Motorball, a game inspired to a Japan Manga Alita, the geometry of your stadium is perfect for that game type and remember the Indy 500!! :)

Thank you Cainos! I'm glad that you like this. Yeah versatility was my aim. The grifball is fun and the rally is a good laugh. I am starting regreting putting ctf on this as its the only thing that people can seem to find fault with. thanks for checking out my map.

Strange really considering it is both assault and capture the flag. Like two of the most competitive gametypes. Grifball is also on matchmaking play list and there are many other maps on competitive that are much less than competitve than this map. But who am I to argue. But thanks for letting me know its in wrong section. And commenting. No problem

I really love all the maps you make and this one is no different. You always seem to have a way of taking blocky objects and making some real unique geometry out of them. Every gametype on here looks really fun but seems best suited for race and grifball. The design is pretty simple but it works for some great gameplay and as always it is forged perfectly. Great work.

Lol, I saw this in the comp maps section earlier and looked for it, but couldn't find it. I found it now, and man this looks like serious fun. It must have taken a lot of patience to make the track, making sure it was perfect had to have been very time consuming and difficult. I need to get some games on this with you once I fix my xbox. Keep em' comin' timmeh ;)

Thank you! Great feedback. Yes it is definitly better suited to the race/rally and grifball. I have kept it simple as I hope to submit for grifball matchmaking. I did think of adding a couple of other structures for different gametypes but the problem would be that i'd be trying to force gametyes onto a map that they are probably not suited too, and it is a safer way to avoid frame rate issues.
    Thanks for all your support.

Thanks man! Yes it got moved last night. There is still a moved link on competitive for anyone else that may be looking for it. But it's no problem.
I enjoyed forging and it didnt take that long. Alignment did change a couple of times!
Ye custom games will be good. Looking forward to seeing what you have been working on! Hope you get your xbox sorted! Thanks

I played this map after downloading it yesterday, and I have to say... Grifball is a blast! Even on a 1v1 with your Panicball gametype it was really fun. I haven't played it on CTF yet, though.

Thanks Kazerra! Yeah I enjoy this map, even 1 v 1 is fun, it then becomes a tactical battle of witts. The more that play, the better it gets, and if you are on your own and want something to do the race & rally are really good fun ! CTF is simple, I do regret adding it as it is the weeker part of the map although it does work and is fun. Thanks for your support friend!

Hello!!! Thank you! Out of the decorative pieces, I would say the long pieces are the best value. The oval looks good and is a perfect map for race, creating an oval drift ring. Then in grifball its a little larger, but fun and a nice setting for game! Thanks for your feedback and rating :D

this is a beautiful map It must of taken a long time to make the curves and lay out all those braces (if that's what the things that made the outside of the map are called). By the way how many braces could you still of added to this map?

Hello Thanks for your interest and feedback. Possibly 28 left.
This map used 60 braces to make curves and there are also 6 each side straight making 72 to make full stadium as oval, I made this square first, I forged it with a friend XTC Pants, no word of a ly we forged it together (as square using 100 braces and added floor in 10 minutes flat. I then changed the map to be a big circle. it used 90 braces all on 4 degree angle. It was massive. To big for anything but race. So I reduced size and angle to this stadium. This is forged on a 6 degree angle. It plays great as a drift circuit and is a good setting for a game of grifball. Thanks for your feedback :)

How’s it going. I was just recently looking into this arena.
What I have to say is that I really do believe that every dedicated forger has a unique arsenal of tricks which they have specifically built up over time. These tricks are directly related to that individual’s forging style. Were it the exact degree snap of a certain combination of objects, creation of a jaw dropping doorways, staircases, or in some cases a design for a Spartan leg/foot this knowledge is gained through pure forging experience (dropping serious hours in forgeworld.)
In this instance you seem to have come up with a design for an interesting oval track. And the use braces out of all the pieces!
The value in this map not only lies in its craftsmanship, but also with its versatility.
Very cool how you included unique features to the map based on the gametype.
Since my hard drive is loaded with outstanding community maps, projects, recommendations (load time of about 43.2 seconds) this is a nice 3 for 1 addition.

Hello xSoGx Grim! Really appreciate the feedback! This was made as I was playing around designing different stadiums and arenas using the long decorative structures. I had created a few different arenas, This started off square using the full 100 pieces (forged initially with xtc pants and it took us less than 10 min to forge),and I created a 4 team grifball arena...But the gametype wouldn't work as intended with 4 teams but it was still fun. Then I decided to curve the stucture first creating a huge circle before reducing it again to make this map. The simple design inspired me to add different gametypes and aesthetics for this map. I do feel I could of added more to the ctf gametype, but the map was never intended for ctf and as I wanted the grifball and race to play well I didn't add the updated ctf version.
I know what you mean with the time to load up files... mine is fully stacked with over 450 files, lots of great maps and forge are that forgers have put so much time and effort into, I need to sift through my files and reduce...( mine takes 30+ seconds )

Thanks for your support & feedback :)

Thanks ! I am glad you like it! The map is simple, but it plays really well. Rally is really fun and competitive with lots of random checkpoints, also grifball is a blast and a nice looking arena. Thanks for checking out my map :)
