Collision. It started out as a Collosos remake from Halo 2, then I decided to change a few things. Then afterwards I think, wouldn't it be cool if I add some stuff from the past to it? And here it is, Collision. Recommened gametypes: Slayer, CTF, KoTH Download Link: http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=20793187 Now it has the main layout of Collosos, but there are some changes. A the far end I added some strutures that resembles Santuary's. And in the middle there is a central bridge (Hang em High) and a middle structure (Sanctuary) Remember those times you accidently fall and die in the bottomless pits in Collosos? Well a teleporter in the middle of the bases will kill you if you step through it to give it a collosos feel. Now weapon Layouts are based on Collosos's, while there are some other added. Slideshow Weapons 4 x Battle Rifle 4 x Carbine 2 x Shotgun 2 x Plaasma pistol 2 x Plasma Rifle 2 x Machine gun turret. 1 x Overshields 1 x Rocket (On bridge) ALL WEAPONS EXCEPT OS AND ROCKETS ARE SYMETRICAL Notes about map Central bridge, rockets, OS and Machine gun turrets will ONLY spawn in symetrical games. This version supports KoTH, CTF and Slayer
I tried, I didn't use the infinite money glitch so I didn't have enough money to block things off, I will fix these things in V 2 though. And yes I have tested it and works fine.
Nice job for not using the glitch...interlocking looks great...a few rough spots but not bad...if you use the glitch for V2 you should be perfect!!
Hey thanks guys. Oh and there are a carbine on both base, and a BR as well. Near the ramp on both base there is where the Plasma Pistol and shotgun spawn. The beam rifle spawn in the cammand deck at the far end as well as a bubble shield.
I didn't have enough things to block things off because I didn't use the infinite money glitch, but things will be fixed up and some changes will be made in v 2.
can't wait for v2, if i may suggest, some of the interlocking on the ramp in pic 3 looks like it could be done a little better, when u hit the top of the ramp, it seems like you would almost not make it up that bump, also try scooting the db slightly to get rid of the edges, it'll help for aesthetics, also, keep up the good work man, your skills will improve through time!
Yup, took me about .01182 seconds to hop out of the map, and although some areas looked very well interlocked, others just look as if you crammed a bunch of stuff together and interlocked for no reason.....
lol, im glad someone actually tested this...i didn't because it was rather obvious how it was going to only take .01182 seconds to hop out...
I never used the infinite money glitch so I didn't have resources, and this is my first time interlocking like this so my skills like this are pretty bad. I tried. I will do better in v 2 though.
