that looks incredibly fun, I don't think it would be complete without the music though, I wish you could add midi music to your maps (midi music has no words so it couldn't be vulgar)
This map is... inspiring. The idea is brilliant in it's simplicity, and I wish I could download it (no hard drive). This map conveys the true spirit of Halo. The spirit of pure fun Since I can't dwnld it, I'm trying to recreate it for me and my gf. I hope You won't mind If I ask You two questions: -At what angle is the floor? I couldn't make the mongoose ride on anything less than 45 degrees -How did You set up the teleporters? I tried to use RandomPanda0's "Directing Teleporters" tutorial, but failed miserably. I can't make the mongoose drive straight out of the receiver, in the direction it approached the sender. It's either in the same dir, but very high (hits the ceiling), or goes sideways, or goes forward but faces to the side. It's very annoying.
This track is at 45 degrees. With the angle it's at the mongie have very little control, if you feel so inclined try it at lesser angles, that may result in more control, I haven't tried it but you should. The teleporters both need to be oriented in the right direction, both the sender and receiver, play around with both their directions until it teleports you the right way no matter what direction you go through them. And if the player enters the receiver above where the actual receiver is they will be sent through the sender at the same height. This can be helpful though, because if a mongoose is in the air while going through they could be sent to the top at the same height assuming you got the teleporters right. Set up a single checkpoint for rocketrace at the bottom and some spawns at the top and you should be good. If you have any problems just ask.
