Need some rank badges for a website

I'd like to mention something about the site, if you don't mind.

The reason there are not many vividly colored skins out there is because, quite simply, its really hard to look at. A bright red background causes a lot of strain on the eyes and contributes to blindness; its also not fun to have to look at for extended periods of time. This can cause all sorts of trouble with the people viewing your site, and can turn potential members away. This, combined with the extreme contrast, makes the scheme look almost tacky. You should consider a more muted color, at the very least a dark vermilion that would make it easier to see. It could make your site much better!

But yeah, I don't do much in the way of images (ehhh..... at least not well!) so I cant help you there. Just offering my advice.

 

A lot of times the rank images work better when you establish your forum templates. It's hard to create rank images without knowing which templates you're using. Generally you want to try to go with similar color schemes for all templates... then the rank images can be created to fit them all.

I can make these easily, but I need a better idea of the connections between ranks, and their ordering, and what you're looking for. Group of ranks that should be similar within the group but different from other groups, and what kind of background images you might want. I can't work magic here.

Also consider that you have 11 different special ranks there while Forgehub has nine for it's 60000 members. I consider all gray like the rank of member because there's no real difference besides how long people have been here. My advice is that you drop the number or ranks significantly until you have more members.

 

I'll create rank images, and a new site layout if you wish, but I'll need some kind of description on what you want.
