I haz theory. Mining Bros server is not very good. Connection problems, blah blah blah, chunk errors, and not well mods. Plus the diamond stealing on there....
*Cries* If it makes any difference I've decided to split Ownership of my server between Cheez3, Brotaoski, and I. For the reason that there is no way I can afford a better server with my job so splitting Ownership will allow us to split the cost of the server and that means we can get better hardware.
I might be retiring on the Crafthub server as admin after the 25th of March. Being on that day I get to hang out with the Majong Staff and Deadmau5 on Minecraft
I just... wanted a fresh start. Tired of dying, grieving over what I lost, getting over it, building for a bit, finding stuff, dying, etc.
:/ I've been a busy dude since you made this decision earlier today. I put many of those resources into building a new home for myself. Also, been quite charitable. Stick lost 32 of his diamonds to the lava monster, I handsomely restored them.
sleazy while you're in a giving mood I lost 2 diamonds to lava Anyway, this is what I've been doing all of today. I built a medium sized pacman course. It is almost exact in design, I messed up a little with the scale and didn't feel like starting over so some of the interior walls are off. BTW, the frame it seems to be built on is very large and building that took me most of the time as that will eventually be my mansion....Next step, building that on multiplayer server. The course is 2 blocks high, the "pellets" are torches, the "power pellets" are yellow wool, I was going to spawn in 3 ghasts but they spit fire and ruin stuff and I didn't feel like editing that in the code, also I tried really really really hard to have working teleporters on either side of the course like in real pacman but my signs aren't working. I don't know if some other mod is interfering with signs but every time I try to use a sign minecraft crashes. If I try doing the teleporter sign mod without the other mods than nothing happens.
I just can't wait until Minecraft is officially released and nobody will have to pay for servers! (I think).
Our server is being pay rather alot, and we're still good :3. If so, we could still get over what we have now if needed ( which is around $350-400 a month )
-.- Crafthub server is not my style. I'd rather play a full PvP server where I can wage psychological warfare against my prey before dropping from above to kill them. And steal from chests.
There a reason why I might retire is being of this. It kinda is turning out like that, and so im stuck with everyone wanting help from me.
