Lmao on how out of control and fast the warthogs are going, going to give it a download! This is the most played custom game with my friends, and I still don't understand how can u go that fast? But AWESOME job!
I was seriously laughing at how fast you go, for like 30 min. Haha, nuf said. If u want to have fun, dl this!
Great Game I played this game and game type and thought it was great. It’s a really great mini game; Simple and fun. Very well put together and clean. The only problem I have is that it’s a pain to get people to join my privet games.
This is a cool idea and I enjoyed it in testing the other day. It is fun both infected and spartans I have to ask though as I made a map speed. Which also is made the same but different game types. I dont know if you knew tho?
Lol other way around dude. My map was updated last on 1/04/11. You map "speed" was created on 1/22/11. But apparently you didn't know that.
If you have trouble getting people in your lobby's, just go to big team, and search for a game. Each time a "player is found" that person gets added to your recent players. to this for a bit, maybe 3 or 4 times. Then send out a mass invite with text saying "4000 Microsoft point code just for joining!! hurry!!" works every time;]
I also played this in TGIF and everyone loved it. I can't believe i been missing out on these awesome games. Keep up the good work and if you come up with any new games feel free to drop me a line on my profile to keep me undated. Great game once again.
Wow, that looks so fun! i was actually laughing out loud watching the video. Gave it a little test run on my own and jesus, i nearly broke the sound barrier. I was half expecting there to be a flash of light and be suddenly transported back to 1955 with only flaming tyre tracks left in my wake. Can't wait to rustle up a few guys to try this out. Potential feature material right here.
Out of all the custom games I've played, this is one of my favorites. Everytime I get a group of friends together to play custom games, we always end up playing this one the most. The idea of it is so simple, but I think that is what makes it so addicting. Keep making these fun and addicting maps and gametypes and I'll be satisfied for a long time.
Map was a blast, Darth. Its Jump Rope and Double Rainbow combined. My two favorite mini games, into one. RoosterTeeth thought the same. This is... Speed Halo‏ - YouTube Congrats!
I wanted the OP to know that this is a must play every week on our little group's custom game night. We usually end up screaming and laughing every time. Thanks for a great mini game! If you have not tried this one you must DL it, it's worth a try for sure.
THIS IS THE BEST GAME TYPE EVER! i love playing on maps like this i like to see how fast i can go without blowing up,I once went through a tunnel just larger than this one and only took me 0.5 seconds to go through it. great looking map like the arrows on the sides and how did the bodie get so far out?
Seriously I don't see whats so fun about this map. If your infected, Its practicality impossible to kill anyone, and its boring as hell. And if you are not infected, you just keep on teleporting from top to bottom, there is no skill involved, hell, you don't even need to be involved, it does it all by itself, you could drive down, go afk and still win the game. I've seen full parties play this for hours, surely the novelty of speeding down the ramp endlessly wears of after the first four hours? But, seriously, how is this fun?
1. It IS possible to kill anyone, you just have to time it right. 2. How is being infected boring? Your goal is to destroy all of the Warthogs coming down, and depending on how many players you have, it can be easy. Also, there is a time in the gametype to prevent it from being boring. 3. It is actually does require skill if you are not infected, otherwise you will get killed easily on your first drive down. Believe me, I've played a lot of games on this map, and it is certainly a lot of fun.
I love Speed. I tried this out with a bunch of my friends, and I loved it! Congrats on having it featured in Achievement Hunters' 'This Is...'
