Hypothetically speaking, would a person who torrents a Minecraft beta be able to play on a multiplayer server?
Maybe if you get a really current torrent and use someone elses account. MAYBE. It would probably take a bit of setting up to. Honestly if you want to try a game before you buy it there's nothing wrong with that, and if you weren't going to buy the game in the first place, then you're not stealing any money. There are other factors to but for the most part they are pretty small.
Spawning was ok, but I definitely noticed some issues. The man cannon was only you, that was really weird actually.
and no, you can download minecraft for free. You can't play it unless you log in. You can't log in unless you pay the 20 bucks.
And this is why I'll never play minecraft. I'm not paying $20US (roughly $27NZD) for a game that has me doing a lot of digging just to build a shitty house in 1980 graphics. I'm already doing enough digging in real life trying to prep for laying cobbles and filling in the back of a retaining wall.
I'm just curious to see if the game lives up to the hype but I'm not willing to shell out the cash for it. I played the demo and thought it blew.
Just slight spawning issues. I'll let you borrow my account for a week if you want to try out the main single player or online stuff. too much real life too it for you?
Tusk, if you let me, you'd have to tell me what to do... lol. From my understanding, you have to collect certain things so I don't mind going around searching for a certain something.
