Yes it does, also what I've found out is the hologram doesn't have the secondary weapon on its self when you deploy it.

If you send a hologram right as you go through a teleporter it will continue going in the direction you entered the sender at, i.e. if you are heading north thorough at sender into a receiver that is facing south the hologram will exit the receiver north not south.
