Whoever trips the mine with the flag, gets the point. Careful not to explode the mine as you may not receive your point. This is because if you blow up the mine before it has time to award you the point all it does is move the destination. Oh and did I mention that you have no idea which mine is the rally point? Also you cannot tell if a mine is the rallypoint until you are close enough to it. It all comes down to who can find it first. Im pretty sure I'm the the first person to find a way to hide the rally points and eliminate that red arrow that normally guides you. Hope you like this new and innovative rally map. Best with 3-5 Players. Play with default "Rally" game-type. There are 2 Versions. Hey! That Mine is Mine. Bungie.net : Halo Reach : File Details YouTube - "Hey! That Mine is Mine" Halo Reach Rally Map Hey! Where is My Mine Bungie.net : Halo Reach : File Details YouTube - "Hey! Where is My Mine" Halo Reach Rally Map The trick of the map is to search around for the flagged mine. You drive by the flagged mine. It then gives you the point. Th bright mode seems impossibly easy, while the dark mode seems imposible altogether. Because, in bright mode the rally waypoint hovers over the mine, and in dark mode, well, dark mode actually seems possible now. But if the mines can kill you, that changes my opinion, almost entirely.
Im not sure what you mean by impossibly easy. You cant see certain mine from far away so you won;t know which one has the flag until you get close. The hard part is finding the flag before someone else does. Unlike reglar rally where people know exactly where the rally point is and they all race to it at once
the bright one is all too easy and the dark is pretty hard, but i think you can make it even harder if you take the mines and move them off the grid lines so that instead of seeing mines at the last second you cant see them at all and maybe put some random fusion coils to connect multiple mines for chain explosions...maybe not but if that could work it would be pretty funny
I think your taking the video a little bit the wrong way. You cannot see the mines, even in the bright one, from that far away. They do NOT have a red flashing way-point over them. People have said that in the dark version you can see the markers better. I think you should try it out before you bash it. The videos are just an indication of what to expect. You won't really know how fun this game is until you try it with a couple friends.
after much discussion with the map maker and several games of playing the actual game i have to say this its a good game i enjoyed it original in idea more positive comments
