[HT]Beachhead

I'm back from school now. And yeah, I have absolutely no problem at all giving credit to him (that's a 'happy' exclamation point, not an 'angry' one)! I do know and acknowledge that HT was his idea, I credited it on the file itself on the 'download' page after I had posted it.

On the file, I said word-for-word:

"Credit for the original first version of the gametype goes to GodlyPerfection of the Reaching Perfection community. It was his first draft of a very hard worked-on map that inspired me to create this gametype."

Again, I want to point out that I wasn't stealing this, that I'd shown Godly before I had posted it (granted I forgot that he told me to wait till this weekend), and that he had shown interest in it.

EDIT: That comment on the file was posted right after I had posted here. It's RIGHT under the file download, apparently nobody scrolls down enough to read that.

Just rename the gametype and give me credit for the turn based concept in the XF and FH OP and we will call it good. Again I apologize, that was an immature thing for me to do. Yeah, I should've. I talked to him about it. I have very horrible memory, and he mentioned it once a week ago, and I got worked up and forgot about it.

 

Again, thank GodlyPerfection for this gametype. He created it, and inspired the minor tweaks that were added to this version (which needs to be renamed (suggested by Godly) as it's not an exact copy of his gametype). Call up Godly sometime, he'd be glad to host a game of his Halo Tactics I'm sure.

 

There are four weapons on the map (on each side). A grenade launcher (which never respawns), a DMR and an Assault Rifle that both spawn on the minute, and a pistol which spawns every ten seconds with no spare clips.

GodlyPerfection just released the original version of Halo Tactics (mine was based on his), you should go give it a download.
