That's really cool, I like it. If I may, I'd suggest adding darkness to the folds to give it more contrast. Also, lightening parts of the eye for added detail would make it pop, eyes are usually the focal point to the face. Also, define the background with some light shading, it will help the light areas of the clothes pop more as well. Once everything is poping in the proper way, the whole piece will take on a 3D effect and it'll look very nice.
