Beta has extreme lag, I cant stay 10 minutes in a server without lagging or being "server reset"

 

Yeah, there's lots of framerate issues, even in SSP.

Notch knows about it and is fixing it ;p

 

It seems people are updating their mods faster than I thought. Ive got quite a few mods within the last hour that were updated. Kudos to the community.

I can't get mods to work.

 

Thats because they havent update. The creator of the mod has to update them for the beta.

 

May I ask long it took (x) amount of people to make that beauty?

I'm assuming that the rare thing is "Pig men" Not the nether "Zombie Pig men." Good 'ole regular Pig men. I looked at the files and that is really the only thing that I found.

Personally love what it is. Atleast I know how the capes look, and more so I really like the Deadmau5 skin .

 

How did he get the red ears though? I want that skin

 

He's the only one who has the skin, and it can only be seen on his server . T

 

I dont see how anyone expected more than something like that anyway. If you look at the blog, he mentions the surprise as an extra point to the Capes, so It couldnt really have been anything else.

Good news is, Notch said he is adding a new mob for christmas

Damn... just found out that they had a special going on with Minecraft if you purchased it before the 20th... with unlimited updates.

Since I missed that deal... guess I won't be purchasing this game.
