    Since OP apparently doesn't know... Bungie gets news submissions from various Halo Communities and occasionally posts them. The Running Riot is just another Halo Community that mentioned ForgeHub in that article. If you check the link, they have a thread on ForgeHub's forum.

    I had to laugh when I read the OP. It was like some kid writing a letter to Santa and getting a generated letter back... then the kid thinks there really is a Santa.
