No, unfortunately it costs $699, but they have a 30 day free trail if you want to try it out first. If you don't want to buy Photoshop, I recommend using a free alternative which is arguable almost photoshop except a 'lite' version. As far as the manip goes, it's alright but I wish the lighting could have blended better and the rank/badge was more visible.
