yeah, okay dude. the back bart of the ship just looks like a box. infact the whole exterior looks like a front peice with a box on the back. with added boxes on the sides.

thought the interior looks good.

and btw, ive seen at least two Rifte Gifle frigates that are way more accurate than this so dont start bragging.

 

Don't call him out for criticizing your map, the whole purpose you posted your map here in the first place is so it can be criticized, right?

At least firedrone wasn't as brutal as some comments I've seen before. Regardless, I have to agree with him. Your ship looks like a box, with a couple boxes sticking out of the sides of it. If you've seen some of the better ships around here, they don't look like a huge box with a bunch of fancy pieces sticking out of it.

 

Sorry...? have you not even looked a single frigate in the aesthetic section then because in my opinion there are a lot of better ones than this.

This is a pretty poor attempt by anyone's standards, as if you've had a ten second glange at how one looks and then have tried to recreate it from memory. Frigates are not box shaped and don't have an opening at the back. Frigates don't have a bridge at the front. Frigates don't have massive engines on the sides.

You've deffinately overused colluseum walls, so maybe try deleting them and shaping the body of the frigate to how it's meant to look - use a couple of pictures for reference whilst you're doing it.

 

not a bad first attempt but i must agree with the comments it is kinda just a box but you have a concept and ideas just need to fine tune them! and discover over items! also take a look at some of the other frigates on here!

 

I think there are some nice ideas, like the rocket warthog and the bridge structure, but it looks like you are going off memory when it comes to frigate design, and memory is notoriousley unreliable. I suggest downloading google sketchup, then find a 3D model of a frigate to base your map on.

 

Wow, Just wow. You've really never seen a better frigate? I guess you've probably never heard of Rifte Gifle, or o0Mr Becks0o or Barc0de have you? they have all made much better frigates. As posted B4, try using less coliseum walls and, PLEASE look at what a frigate looks like BEFORE you post it here.
