Cornerstone is a floating asymmetrical map inspired by the great maps of past halo games. A round center platform with two towers across the center and two lower rooms connected by bridges and platforms that run the entire perimeter of the map. A large walkway connects the two lower rooms under the center platform. Shotgun is located in the center of this bridge. A one-way shield acts as barrier between the lower floor in the center and the walkway, allowing the player to jump from shotgun spawn and get sucked into the room above. I set this map up for Team slayer and One flag CTF. 4-10 players
Sorry, but your map needs screenshots or it will get locked. Here is how: http://www.forgehub.com/forum/halo-reach-custom-content/104926-how-post-screenshots.html
weapon list: 7 DMR's Grenade launcher, 5 spare clips 180 spawn shotgun 1 spare clip 180 spawn sniper 2 spare clips 180 spawn needle rifle 2 spare clips 2 needlers 2 spare clips 2 plasma pistols
7 DMRs on a map this size is alot and gives players precision weapons too easily in game types that do not allow them to spawn with precision weapons. And, even in game types that let you spawn with precision weapons, the enemies that you kill drop ammo rather than picking up ammo on the map. Get rid of like three or four of the DMRs in my honest opinion.
Just put it down to 3 DMRs and 1 needle rifle so each structure has a precision weapon up for grabs. I will repost it on my file share asap.
Looks like Lockout and Ascension had a baby. Which is not quite a compliment. I'm sure it would be enjoyable enough to play, but why make a map that takes so many elements from two classics?
